Beach Lincoln , Mari Gent, worked with me to satisfy my needs and wants for my new 2026 corsair. I felt like I was the only customer in the dealership, Mari was very patient in explaining all the details of my purchase, and when my vehicle was received by me she spent all the time needed to explain all the features of my vehicle, and how they worked. she also said to come back after I had driven my corsair for a few days for another round of questions, and answers, which I did. 5 stars says how satisfied I am. Earlier this year we shopped around and landed at Beach Ford where I purchased a 2025 vehicle. Now it was my wife’s turn to upgrade from her 2016 Lincoln to a new one. After our first excellent experience with our outstanding sales agent Mari Gent, for us it was a no-brainer to work with her again. Ms. Gent is a gem and she works with a nice team of people. Oh, if all you care about is getting great pricing, well they have that too. For the best all around car buying experience drive to the Beach! Beach Ford that is!!! My wife and I have been Ford customers for more than 25 years. During this time, my various Ford cars and dealers have never let me down. Shortly after we moved from NC to Myrtle Beach, SC, I decided purchase a new Ford from the Beach Automotive Group. I was prepared to trade-in my 2022 Escape and purchase another fully-loaded Escape. When I entered the dealership, one of their sales people (Aaron) suggested that I consider a Lincoln product. I purchased a 2024 Corsair. It was a great car and served me well for a year. I took it in for warranty service and was provided with a beautiful Lincoln Nautilus as a loaner. After driving the Nautilus around Myrtle Beach for awhile, I decided that it was the car that I should have purchased from the start. Beach Lincoln gave me a great trade-in offer on my Corsair and now I'm the super-happy and very proud owner of a Lincoln Nautilus, with all of its amazing electronics and driving features. (By the way in 2023, my wife traded in her 2019 sapphire red Mustang convertible and purchased a new Mazda CX-5 from Beach which she absolutely loves.) I highly recommend the Beach Automotive Group. Prety much every employee I've ever met there is courteous, knowledgeable and anxious to help you, whether it be for service, purchase or just help looking around. The selection of quality cars (new and used) is massive, as you can tell by just driving through their parking lot. Give them a try. You won't be making a mistake. I'm sure that they'll give you a great price like they gave me and much better service than you'll get anywhere else around here.

MAD Mike "D" was a great salesman, and we wish that he was our neighbor! We called him MAD because he was MAD to give us our best experience in buying a vehicle and to simply represent Beach Automotive as a great place to buy a vehicle. In finance Stephen was very insightful and assisted us with the financing with an affordable payment as he knew we were on a fixed retirement income. Peace of mind also in seeing that Beach Automotive in their recertified check changed the oil, installed a new cabin filter; and blessed us with all new tires. We also added a warranty for the vehicle as the car was a "beautiful" Christmas gift for my lovely wife Donna. We even at the end gave Mike a Christmas card and wished his wife a belated happy birthday. This total experience was in our opinion of the highest order and reflects well on Beach Automotive Group. Ok do we get a free oil change or something just for this review-absolutely not as to use the same word over-absolutely NOT! Would recommend that all car shoppers visit Beach Automotive Group as they are quite simply EXCELLENT. Overall, my experience at Beach Automotive was excellent! Mari Gent was my sales representative, and she was absolutely fantastic — extremely helpful, thoughtful throughout the process, and made the entire event truly memorable for my wife on Valentine’s Day. I also appreciated the transparency from start to finish; there was never any pressure to purchase something I didn’t want. One small drawback was discovering the next day that my side mirror adjustment switch wasn’t working, so I had to return to have it serviced. That was a little disappointing on a brand-new vehicle, but these things happen, and I’m confident the team will make it right.
