This place is awful. scheduled an appointment for new tires. Get there 15 minutes early. My car wasn’t seen for an hour after I arrived. Then when they started it, the guys stopped to talk and joke around. It took an hour and a half for a job that shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes. Awful

Awful service I just needed air in my tires they told me to pull around and I waited for about ten minutes no one came over to me so I went back to ask how I could air in my tires they told me that I had to ask one of the four guys out there. They were clearly busy working on other cars so I wasn't going to interpret them also they were pulling cars in and out so I would have put myself in danger trying to talk to them. All they had to do was let one of the guys know I was out there trying to get air in my tires, which is usually how it goes but not this Walmart please do better.

I needed my front tires replaced and they rotated them to the back when I did not need them rotated. I specified that I need my two New tires put in the Front, my back ones were ok. I went home in a hurry, only just then did I see what they had done, so I called them. The man on the phone kept telling me they were installed in the front rotated to the back. Yes, I know that...but I specified I needed my tires in the front, I didn't want a rotation. I told him my backs were fine and I needed the new ones in the front and I didn't want a rotation. I know which guy I was talking to, and I knew he was smart enough to know what I was trying to talk about. I know when someone is trying to play dumb. I gave up and hung up. Anyone with an eyes and a brain can see how bald my front tires are- yet they still replaced the back ones. I'm not a car whiz but I'm so confused why they went ahead and did that. Plus they added on things I told them not to add on, including the rotation. $70 i just threw away. They knew I needed NEW tires on the Front, I made that Abundantly clear, it was the very first thing I told them- and they decided to get an extra $30 off me and took advantage of the fact I'm a younger female who doesn't know much about cars. That's my main issue. Good service overall, if you go here just pay really close attention to what they're adding or trying to sell to you. Or bring someone with you who knows a lot about car maintenance.

Loved it. Employees at the Walmart Auto Care Center at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Were really nice and polite to us. Plus I can hear them be polite to other customers. Never seen this in any Walmart in the many Walmart I've been to. They got my daughters car in the same day for all 4 tires to get serviced even me calling them that same day early morning. Not like the New England Walmart are lazy and rude. Thanks. Gatillo38

I dropped my car off around 4pm. There weren’t really that many folks in front of me. All I needed was 4 new tires. When I called ahead, he said I’d be done in an hour tops. So my toddlers and I shopped around for a bit while we waited. 6pm rolled around and I started to get concerned, and my toddlers were in tantrum mode from being tired and hungry. I looked out the window… MY CAR WASNT EVEN TOUCHED YET and there were only like 2 others in the garage for oil changes. There were 2 guys working and they were very slow and goofed off a lot without touching a car while we were there watching. They were short staffed, so one of the two guys kept being needed at the front counter. It took until close to 8 for my car to be done!! They took 1 tire off, took a 20 min break, then another tire and 20 min break, etc. The one thing I also specifically asked for was the valve stems to be replaced as one was completely broken. I was told that’s standard with the service. We get home last night and the tire light was on. We thought maybe the sensor didn’t reset yet. This evening we went to leave and the tire was completely flat on the ground because the broken stem was still there!! $520 later and I’m not even treated right. I want some type of compensation. I shouldn’t have to be spending my Sunday now going back to get what I asked for and it better be free.

Lied to! I had a 8:00 appointment to get my tires which I bought there from free rotation. I get there earlier and was told my car would be pulled into the garage next, it wasn't. It seems that I am important when spending money but when it's time for a freebie the pushed me to the side. No one moves fast in the garage, looked like a bunch of zombies, thanks for the sorry service and lie

They need a big zero on the rating scale for this particular shop. I ordered 2 tires for the front of my vehicle online. Once they came in I was able to schedule an appointment online for installation. That's where it gets bad. I had a 6pm appointment. They did not touch my car until 7:30pm, 30 minutes after their closing time. I did not get my car back until 8:40pm. I only had 2 tires to swap out, an hour and 10 minutes is a ridiculous amount of time for this procedure. I observed from the parking lot while they were working. Very slow work and a lot of standing and talking among the so called mechanics. I observed one employee take 15 minutes to remove one of my old tires off of its rim, did not seem to know how to operate the machine that does it! Stay away, very far away from this tire department. I am one and done with them. Spend the extra $20 per tire and go to a recognized tire dealer. Lesson learned!

In this section the employees are not helpful, one of them her name is "Taylor" in the shift 05/08/2024 at 10:20 Am . This is second time they didn't help me, so I don't like to come back anymore 😒. Where is the manager here? What they do here? Just take money and bad 👎 services.

Making an appt days ahead was way to go. We purchased tires of choice, made appt. Were taken immediately at appt time. Aaron was soooooo nice, making customers laugh. Was done in less than 2 hours AND the tire sensor works again, we were quoted hundreds at toyota to fix the sensor. Overall great experience. Also shoutout to the lady inside checking people out morning of 5/24. People were getting impatient but not taking in the fact she was working alone and can't do 15 things at once. She handled it well!

took my 2018 Honda Accord today to change the 2 front tires, but when I left Walmart, my car was still showing on the screen that the TPMS was not good, and now the rear tire of my car is flat.

Super cheap, fast & convenient. Gotta love an oil change and checkout for 19.99! They even told me about 2 tires needing replacing. I'd have never known if not for them. Could've been quite dangerous. Big thank you! 💕 I was in & out in under 45 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me. The blonde lady in the WV hat who took my info and checked me in was SO nice as i fumbled around my "new to me" car trying to find the mileage and hood release. It's the little things. I WILL be going back and definitely recommend to anyone who asks or will listen lol 10/10!

Slow. Had an appointment for an oil change for a one hour block. Took well over 2 hours. No one knows anything. Just wait…. Wait…. Wait. I’d be better off at a 15 min oil change place. But I was an idiot and got a lifetime rotation on the tires. Figured I’d do both at the same time. Bad call!!!!

Out of town and needed an oil change. After waiting almost 2 hrs for my car, I drove back to my hotel, 10 mins away to find oil spilling everywhere. Made it back to the Auto Care and I was told all the oil had leaked out of the car. The stores manager Kevin L. attitude was uncooperative and negative for the Auto Centers error. I wouldn't recommend their Auto Center to anyone.

I took my car in for quick unexpected out town trip for oil change. I called before going to make sure they would be able to service the type of car I have. I was told yes and they gave me a price. Got to the location checked in. Went for a walk in the store they called right after I checked in and said the price they gave wasn’t for my car but I can probably use the oil but the vehicle requires a different type of oil so the price would be more. I told them No use what is required as it what I’ve always use and it no problem about the price. They did the service but didn’t tell me they would be unable to reset the oil/change oil light in the car. When I walk to the car the light immediately came up. I walked back in to ask them why the light was still on after the oil change but was told by Mark I don’t know how to rest the lights on Mercedes. I ask if there was no one working back there that could reset the light he said no. Mark seemed irritated that I asked more questions about just simply getting help to get the light off as if it wasn’t part of their Job to do it. He said you never brought your car here before!! ( I know Mark I know and thanks to you I will never bring it back ) It never a problem to have the light reset when the service was done at other oil places. It would have been great if they inform me that they would be able to change the oil but would not be able to reset the light because at the point I would have declined the service because I know I would have to take the car to the dealership paying an additional $319. This part would have been nice to know before they did the service so I wouldn’t be stuck paying for and oil change then turning around to take the car in to the Mercedes dealership to pay an additional $319.00 just to have them click a few buttons to rest the lights.I ask to speak with a manager. I spoke to the manager and needless to say he didn’t help with the issue. I felt if he didn’t have anyone there at the bear minimum what he could’ve done as a Manager is call to other locations to see anyone at another car care location would have been able to help. This was my first and Very last time ever getting service here so a Big Thanks to Mark and the Car Care Service Manager here.

Aaron was the gentleman that checked me in, and he was phenomenal. He was fast, professional, and friendly. He (and the price) were the only reason I have anything good to say. I gave 2 stars because I was on vacation and got a nail in my tire. My tires were only about a year old and still under warranty. I requested to buy a new tire since I was out of town for vacation, but told the gentleman (not Aaron- he was busy with another customer) who took my keys and gave me my sticker to be sure to put my tire in my trunk. I do NOT want to dispose of it. It needs to go back to the dealership when I get home. He said that would not be a problem. Well, in the hustle and bustle of trying to get family together for dinner I neglected to double check behind them. Although I should not have had to, I will own the fact that I forgot to double check. Early the next morning I remembered to check and of course, no tire. I immediately called Walmart as soon as they opened to see what they did with my practically new tire. The woman who assisted me said the tire was disposed of that morning (They had just opened). I requested a manager, and I am still waiting for a manager days later. Of course, at this point, I'm out of my tire. I know they did not dispose of the new tire, I'm sure someone took it, because how hard is it to change the tire and put it back in the trunk as requested? Who disposes of a fully-treaded tire for a small nail. The employee and Walmart definitely got over. Now I see why everyone says never have your car serviced at any Walmart. So disappointing and infuriating.

Technician said unable to install battery to tight tried showing a video of the process they refused to view it. Took car home and was able to remove and replace battery in 10 minutes with the help of the video They are only knowledgeable enough to do oil changes if that much.
