Appointment was set for 10am on 5/31/23. 10:15am I text them asking if they are still coming. He texts me back at 10:20 and says ETA 11:15 saying they are experiencing car troubles. Updates me again at 11:13 saying ETA 11:40. Finally arrived at 11:53. I was unaware until they arrived that the 2 packages I had purchased did NOT include outside wash. They quoted an EXTRA $200 for both vehicles for WASH ONLY. Even though their Groupon deal with wash, wax the works would have only been an extra $30-50 each. One vehicle was new from dealership and barely needed any work, our only complaint with it was a strange odor. Still charged me full price. Finally bargained to do wash on our truck for $75 but I thought that was going to include what their package included and it did not. They seemed irritated to be doing it and it clearly looked rushed. They also clearly did not wish to wash our other car. I feel like for how much money was spent ($498.93 in total) that the job should have been immaculate though there were glass streaks, crumbs, mud and even some kind of purple cleaning material sprayed onto the car they didnt wash that was left after service. They complained about Groupon taking 30% of their commission asked to call them directly for next service and said they were only using Groupon to promote their business. No discounts were offered for being so incredibly late. Will not use them again.

Andy has the most chill personality, and his service is superior. I was stunned to see that despite me getting a livingsocial offer (as a birthday gift) he did not skimp on service and worked rigorously to give me the cleanest most shiniest car possible. He worked three hours on my car and was working tirelessly throughout (I may have snooped on him on my Ring camera lol). About an hour into my service he told me I had harsh water stains (which to be honest I didn’t even realize) and that he could get all of them off the body of my car and my windows for $30. He told me it was completely up to me and instead of up selling me he was down selling me because it was obvious he didn’t want to sound like a shady salesperson trying to take advantage of the situation. I really appreciated Andy’s integrity. His work ethic, quality of service and completely calming personality is the world class service I wasn’t expecting, but was happy to get. I will gladly recommend Andy to anyone, and will definitely use him again in the future.

Disappointed, I spent $325 on the baby grand with interior shampoo and emphasized several times that my main focus was the cabin and all it's nooks and crannies and for them to spend the majority of their time there. I'm finding that basic storage areas were not wiped out and still had dirt and dog hair in them as well as some hair balls in crevices. If it wasn't a main flat surface then it didn't get cleaned very well. I have received similar service at car washes for less than half the price. I would not call what was performed on the interior "detailing". The outside job was good.

I got a "baby grand" detail from Bear Detailing as a gift. Andy is an excellent communicator. He arrived when he said he would, and my car looks as good as it did the day I bought it. He needed access to water and electric, but brought his own hose & extension cord. I would recommend to anyone looking to get their car detailed.
