I needed a break job on my Lexus 2015 CT200h last month and William was able to do the job the very next morning. Since this was the first time I used Bell’s Automotive I didn’t know what to expect. He did a great job, using OEM parts. I had my car back later on that afternoon and he charged a fair price. There hasn’t been any issues whatsoever with my brakes since. Matter of fact my breaks had an intermittent issue ever since I brought it brand new from the Lexus dealership. The dealer mechanic couldn’t figure out the issue so I just lived with it. The break job William did fixed the issue! Great mechanic! Turns out he’s been working on Toyota’s for years, was even a Toyota Mechanic early in his career. He’s an honest guy with tons of knowledge and know how. Wish I found his shop sooner.

Do not take your Toyota Tacoma here! I brought my 2019 Toyota Tacoma here for an oil change and to change the spark plug (I also provided that new spark plugs).As soon as I pick up my truck I knew something was wrong my truck.And sure enough the check engine light was on. He tried to give me other diagnoses to spend more money on an other item. I was so upset I ended up calling my mechanic (Which is always busy because he does a great job) He ended up taking me and telling me that Will did a poorly job he didn’t even tighten the bolt right which was causing my truck to leak the oil and the spark plugs were damaged because he also did not tighten them. I had to go buy some new spark plugs. I’m just upset that Will did not work with me after I told him I had to spend money again after fixing his mistakes . Save yourself your money and do not come here. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Should not even be certified to work on Toyota vehicles.
