Jeff and every other staff member is amazing!! EXCEPT this one black female employee! She had an attitude from the jump and would not help me with anything I needed!! Ofc I thought just maybe I caught her at a bad time but when I saw before my own eyes how she handled other customers and answered the phone that verified it was her personality and attitude issues! If you see her wait for another employee trust me you will understand!! If she does enjoy her work life, she does NOT need to be in a service serving people! Very very disappointing!

If i could give you guys a negative star i would!!! Terrible Customer service, i went in not one, not two BUT THREE TIMES. Only for them to waste my time. I went in telling them exactly what needed to be done & i told them i had wheel & tire protection & the employee that helped me did all the paperwork through my insurance because it was suppose to cover it & they were suppose to pay you guys. Come the day of my appointment they changed the tire & they said they don’t accept a third party that i had to pay out of pocket , when they had originally told me i was all set. So they ended up putting my original tire back on & did not resolve or take any accountability for their actions. Taking into consideration i waited 2.5 hours. But they only took 10 minutes to put my old tire back on. WHAT A DISGRACE!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE

Crooks! Took my car in for an UBER/LIFT "vehicle inspection." I was told it will take about 2 hours. I ended up being there for 3 and a half. Then the mechanic claimed I needed inner and outer tie rods and links. Also, he said I need front brakes and that my exhaust has a leak. I took my car to the dealer and they physically showed me and I have video to prove none of the things they mentioned needed to be replaced. On top of that I was charged for 2 inspections even though he already knew the first inspection "failed" according to this fraud mechanic. I was why are you charging me 2 times for an inspection that failed. You knew the first inspection was a fail why charged me for a second same inspection that will also fail? These people are no good scammers and I will never go there again. My car runs and drives just fine and the Mazda dealer confirmed I have no mechanical issues. I have attached an image of my links and tie rods to prove it. The dealer mechanic shook them just to male sure and there absolutely no play. These SOB at the Dearborn Belle Tire location are frauds and robbed me $50.00 for 2 of the same failed inspections. I will be contacting corporate as well. On top of this they gave me 2 inspection forms that say failed, but they failed to fill out the information with the name of the mechanic and their location address so they can cover themselves from the fraud they committed.

I made an appointment, & the African American Female said they overbooked and they couldnt take in my car which made me waste hrs of my time. She was super rude with such an ugly attitude. I wondered if it was just with me but I noticed more reviews towards her. I will never understand if you work for customer service you should have have a better attitude. Went in the next day, Rammy helped us out with amazing service.

Usualy go to Discount tire because they provide great service but thought I'd give belle tire a try since they had the tires I wanted in stock. The man inside who initially help me was great. Service was fast for 4 new tires, however fast at a sloppy cost . After spending $900 on tires I got my care back with grease all over the rims and dirty dusty tires.

Was going here for a few years and mostly had good experiences but the last number of times I've gone in I've tried to get an alignment and am constantly turned away saying it needs other parts fixed before they can do it. I had a tire blow out and they replaced both front tires and told me it needed this alignment so I fixed the other problems needed and was turned away until these two new tires were totally bald(came in 3 or 4 times). Last time they cited rotors and wheel bearings which should not affect an alignment at all.

Got my tires changed today, got told after my appointment that they didn’t have time to do an alignment check. Drove off and my car threw tire pressure lights. They didn’t even bother to ensure my tire pressures were correct and were closed by the time I got half way home. Lazy techs left all the stickers on my wheels too which was an annoying ride home. Go spend 700 bucks elsewhere.

My daughter got a flat ire on a Thursday afternoon. She took off the spare tire and put it on her jeep. The spare was a smaller tire but worked to get her to this shop by 730. The shop was open until 8 pm as this was a Thursday. She arrived at the shop and the employee told her there wasn’t enough time to plug her tire. She then was forced to drive on this tire in bad weather simply because someone at the shop was too lazy to help her out and do his job! Not a good place.

I walked in and there were three employees at the front desk, all clearly aware of me, and not a single one bothered to acknowledge that a customer had entered. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. I finally had to walk up to one of them just to force an interaction. The person who finally “helped” me acted like my presence was an inconvenience. His tone was irritated from the start, and he was completely dismissive when I asked basic questions. In the middle of speaking to me, he just walked away to make himself a coffee and left me standing there waiting. When I asked about the ridiculous price they quoted me—especially since I had the exact same service done previously for much cheaper—he shrugged and said, “I don’t know, that’s just how it is,” then told me to go talk to someone else. And after all that attitude and confusion, he ends the conversation by saying their system is down and they can’t do the service at all today. So not only was the customer service terrible, the place wasn’t even operational. Completely unprofessional, unhelpful, and honestly embarrassing for a shop that claims to care about customers. I left frustrated, annoyed, and with zero intention of ever returning.

This location and its staff are incredible. I wasn't able to arrive until about 5:30pm to get a tire patched up, so I could safely make a 6 hour drive tomorrow. The staff were so kind and were willing to work past their normal closing time to fix my tire. I highly recommend this location and will be sure to return. Special shout-out to Eric at the front desk and the mechanic, Reggie. I sure hope management gives these men the recognition and appreciation they deserve.

They were about 20 minutes late getting the car in. However, points for them in keeping me informed. The technician even knew how to handle a usually cranky old man. The service was great. I did answer their after visit survey. I mentioned that more charging ports for customers would help. I received a personal response on the matter. Nice touch. I would recommend and will return since I have decades with this store. I also received vouchers to be used for future purchases. Again nice touch. And yes I know it is just to get you back as a loss leader. Still something is better than nothing.
