On February 17, 2025 I went to Belle Tire in Naperville to exchange the battery. The doors and radio worked perfectly but after Belle Tire changed the battery the doors and radio stopped working. I asked them to fix the problem! They told me that they didn’t do nothing wrong and after they checked the vehicle the excuse was that my vehicle was old. I asked for the owner and the man who reviewed my vehicle after my complaint told me that he is the owner, he told me that his name is William Sheppard Yesterday I went to an auto repair and I made and appointment for today. The diagnosis was that the battery terminal was loose on the wire going to fuse box shorter fuses to radio and acc. The people in the auto repair spent less than one hour fixing the problem caused from Belle Tire. I paid $50, and I spent my time fixing a problem created by Belle Tire. On February 17, Mr Sheppard told me that he would not argue with me ! At this point I don’t want to argue with him! I want my money back, the money that I spent to fix the problem that Belle Tire caused. Perhaps Belle Tire headquarters can help me. Update: Yesterday February 19 I sent a message to Belle Tire Headquarters, also I wrote this review. Today, February 20 Mr Sheppard called me and assumed responsibility for the problem caused. I am satisfied with his response, I hope I receive the reimbursement soon. I changed this review from 1 stars to 3 stars.

After waking up with a flat tire, I went to my car dealer, since it was a new car, and was told that the flat could not be repaired and that I needed a new tire. Understandably upset, I left the dealership to go to a tire store since the dealer had to order the tire and I would have to wait 2 days. My previous positive experiences sent me to Belle Tire in Naperville, and I asked them to look at the old tire (I was driving on the spare). I was so very pleasantly surprised when in less than a 1/2 hour, Peter the technician came out and told me the tire was all fixed and back on my car. I went to pay him and he said no charge. I was floored!!! My dealer was going to have me wait 2 days and pay over $400 for a new tire. Thank you Belle, Peter and William Sheppard, manager, for being an ethical, compassionate place of business. I will be a Belle Tire customer always and highly recommend them to everyone!!!!

I had a nail in a tire and figured my other three were pretty old, so I ordered a set. Paid ahead of time. Dropped my car off and went next door for brunch. Got a call almost immediately, wondering why I wanted four tires. I explained the situation, and they said my other tires were fine, they'd look for the nail, and just replace the front axel tires, with a refund. A few minutes later, I was called back and said my nail damage was repairable, and there was no need to replace anything. I was refunded my entire purchase. Most places, I feel, would just take my money and do the job, whether it was needed or not. I don't think I've ever had a repair shop act with this kind of integrity before. Hugely appreciated, as the cost of a new set of tires was a burden on me and my family. When I *do* need new tires, it'll be at Belle.

I was in a hurry to get a flat on my wife's car fixed and purchased replacements for both rear tires with a same-day appointment for installation. (I wanted to make sure the car was safe, reliable, etc. and thought that keeping both rear tires matched was worth the extra cost, even though only one was damaged and both were fairly new.) Belle could have simply completed my order and taken my money and I'd have had no complaints. Instead, Hector took the time to suggest attempting to repair the leak before going all the way to replacement. Turned out there was a nail in the leaky tire, they completed a repair (that so far is holding up perfectly), refunded what I'd paid for two new tires and charged me nothing. They'll get my business again in the future.

I was visiting from out of town and got a flat tire. I always used Belle Tire in my home state of Michigan, so I was pleased to see the same business here in the Chicago area. The service was speedy and efficient. The facility is incredibly clean and comfortable if you have to wait. They had me on my way in no time.

I had an appointment at 9:00 AM, but despite having a scheduled appointment, my car still hasn’t been taken in. I’ve been waiting for over an hour with no clear explanation or update. This is very disappointing and a poor use of customers’ time. Appointments should mean something. I have waited for nothing around 1,5 hours and ı took the car back. This place is horrible

I came to them with one of my tires patched, and they took my vehicle to the service, piled the tires off, and then, after a couple of minutes, told me they couldn’t help me because my rim had a spacer and they couldn’t work on this. I told them that the spacer comes off easily, but they were not listening to me at all. They have all kids working here who don’t really know what they’re doing. The manager has no clue about the tires job at all .

Terrible experience. Unprofessional management. I visited the Belle Tire location at 1126 E Ogden Ave, Naperville for a scheduled winter tire appointment on November 28, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., which I booked a full month in advance. I checked in on time, yet my car was still not taken in by 11:45 a.m. When I politely asked the manager at the counter for an explanation, I was met with sarcastic and condescending remarks such as, “Just because you have an 11:00 appointment doesn’t mean we’ll take you in at 11:01.” That tone and attitude are completely unacceptable from management. I have been a long-time loyal customer of the competitor directly across the street for years and service three vehicles. I gave Belle Tire a chance hoping to switch long term. Instead, I was spoken down to, dismissed, and treated like an inconvenience. After submitting an after-service survey, I received an email from this rude manager saying "sorry we didn't get you in fast enough", completely ignoring the real issue, which was the disrespectful way I was treated. Corporate headquarters will be receiving a formal written complaint with full details of this incident. Corporate - your detailed letter has was mailed out 12/5/25 - please keep an eye out for it. I strongly advise others to think twice before giving this store their business.

I blew a flat on i-88. I had to teach in Naperville today. What a recipe for disaster on a Friday. But I called Belle tire and Hector said I can get you in when your class is over. Yasmin was able to get the tires that I needed for the car. Some really nice michelins and I was on my way in 40 minutes. Wow! What great service because everybody else would usually say hey, we're too busy and you didn't make an appointment. I highly recommend the place.
