I went to get an estimate on my Grand Cherokee and the lady did want to do it since she wanted a claim number. Why do you promote free estimates if you won’t do them. Luckily White Eagle Auto body shop was great and gave me the estimate and I will be using to fix my car.

B&L did a great body repair on my BMW, such that I cannot tell where the repairs were. But the true test is how a company handles adversity! A month after picking up my car, there was a suspension issue that I took to the dealer. Turned out to be a $2500 bill, caused by a bolt that had not been torqued correctly during the repair and had worked loose. I called Larry, who said he stands behind his work and asked for the dealer phone #. 20 minutes later I got a call from the dealer letting me know B&L called and was paying for the repairs. That truly shows integrity and pride. I highly recommend.

Just stay away from this shop. They used a junkyard front right strut that was a bad part on my car, didn't torque the sub frames control arm and strut that they replaced and was making nosies. Body work is sub par paint match/blending not good and hood and fender they repaired dont line up perfectly. Even simple things like my washer reservoir they replace and had the front spray hooked to rear and rear to front. Their are plenty of good body shop in Naperville. The owner will argue with you and not fix car correctly. I took the car to toyota and 1 other shop who told me what b&l autobody did wrong and made several calls to the insurance company and then they finally replaced the strut with brand new part. It's best to just avoid this shop altogether.

Very pleasant experience here. My car had gotten dropped off here for work related repairs. When I returned the car, not only had the repairs been done, but the car had been washed wipe down and I also got a free cup. Great customer service.

I was blown away by the work and effort the company put into my car while I got my cracked front bumper fixed. They took the time to clean my car inside and out after fixing my bumper, it looked brand new like it did the day I got it! Pretty quick couple of days at the shop and extremely easy processing everything with B&L and my insurance company. Would definitely recommend them!

Both front end staff members are communicative, but cordial at best, lending a cold welcome. After 7 months of waiting for parts, I was pleased to receive the call I would be fit in and a rush would be put on the front end repair work of my 2023 Outback. The day the job was finished and I was on my way to pick up the vehicle I was told an old slightly damaged part had to be put on due to “shipping error.” When I arrived and inspected my vehicle, the work appeared adequately performed - except I noted the stamped text on my fog light lenses was upside down. I mentioned the fog lights to the shop manager and he dismissively assured me it wasn’t possible that they are upside down because they “ship as a unit and only fit on one side.” Whether this was dishonesty or incompetence, I have returned home with unusable fog lights and very poorly aimed headlights that I discovered while driving at night.

I was in a car accident and I chose this body shop to get my car fixed. They exceeded my expectations. They confirmed my appointment in a timely manner, I was able to leave my rental car there, and they handled the insurance companies (best part). They also had my car done in a week. The only thing is, is that they are so busy it took a while to get my car in, but highly recommend the wait. .

I made an appointment, they called me after a spot opened up early. The car rental place picked me up, and I was able to drop the rental at B&L. I was in and out in two days. Car looks great, good communication from their office.

So happy I found this body shop! They have great customer service; helpful, attentive, and fast. When I picked up my car, the entire car was vacuumed and cleaned, and the work that was done on my car was perfect. They even left a coffee mug and calendar for me as a gift for using their services. Took my car in after a minor accident and after taking it to multiple shops for quotes that were pretty dismissive. They went above and beyond my expectations. I had a hard color to match with metal flake and now you'd never know it was repainted. Only "downside" was it took a little while to get it in but it was *well* worth the wait. So glad I found them compared to a lot of the other shops they really seemed to care about restoring my car to brand new. Can't recommend them enough.

I went for an estimate for a scratch on my car, the lady Lynette took my info down and said she would email me the cost… a few hours later she sent over an estimate of 3,000 plus dollars.. FOR A SCRATCH… she had all type of things in the description like a “Tbone collision” (it wasn’t from an accident) some stuff for a windshield. Etc etc. um no thank you…

First time using this auto body shop after damaging my daughter's van. It's a smaller place, and there is nothing fancy about it, BUT the people are fantastic and helpful and the workmanship done on the van was a step above and beyond. They took care of dealing with my insurance, (don't forget your claim number), and all I did was pay my deductible when I came to pick up the car. They even got it done 2 days ahead of when I expected it. A top notch place for auto body work.

Was very impressed by their rates and service. They replaced a broken mirror glass and cracked mirror cap on my vehicle with a quick turnaround. Most shops likely would not even do such a small job. The dealership quoted 4x (!!) what it cost me to get this done at B&L, and said they had to replace the entire mirror assembly, when all it needed was replacing the mirror glass and the plastic mirror cap. B&L was professional and up front with pricing (their labor rates are very reasonable), and turnaround was quick. They were particular to keep my car overnight so the plastic clips holding the mirror glass to the motor would not snap due to the extreme cold (10 F) when doing the replacement. I just dropped it off the previous afternoon and picked it up the next morning — very smooth. They also washed the car, which I greatly appreciated with all the winter salt on it! And gave a complimentary 2026 muscle car calendar and a coffee mug — a pleasant surprise.
