Nice people at Castle Jeep, good to deal with, but I can't recommend using their online check-in system for service appointments. I made a service appointment on Sunday for the following Tuesday morning (two days later and earliest available to me) using their online booking system. Unfortunately, I received a phone call from their representative and was informed less than 24 hours in advance of my appointment that they couldn't take our car for service until one entire week later. Wow! A nine day wait to get service?! The service representative on the phone was understanding of my frustration. In their defense, they were closed Christmas Eve and Day for the holiday. But even a 7 day wait in total isn't great. Maybe they need more technicians? My recommendation to customers is to call their office to book rather than use their on-line booking system. That way you won't be disappointed like we were in our experience. And perhaps you'd know that you needed to go elsewhere for service if wait times are extended like was our experience. To their credit, at least they called us. That was appreciated. Again, nice folks at Castle. We've had decent service with them in the past.

I’ve have purchased many vehicles in my life, but this purchase was hands-down, the easiest and fastest purchase from start to finish that I’ve ever had. I called requesting a quote for a vehicle that I had test driving at another dealership, They pulled a vehicle just like it and had it ready for me when I arrived for test drive, Right after the test drive, they worked out the numbers and within an hour. I was on my way home. They deliver the vehicle to me a couple hours later. I strongly recommend you shopping App Castle CDJR

Abdel was a true people person from start to finish. He was professional, attentive, and took the time to understand my needs rather than rushing the process. I recently had my 5K mile service done at Castle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Naperville, and everything from start to finish was top-notch. The appointment was easy to set up, and they promptly arranged a shuttle drop-off and return—super convenient and right on time. My vehicle was serviced exactly as promised within 3 hours, and communication throughout was excellent. Chloe, my service advisor, was outstanding—professional, attentive, and thorough in explaining everything. She made sure every detail was handled efficiently. Overall, a smooth, hassle-free, and highly professional experience. I’ll definitely be returning for future services. I brought my 2022 Jeep Wagoneer in for scheduled maintenance and an air conditioning compressor replacement, since the A/C was not working. The service took about 7 days, which I considered reasonable. However, the worst part was that the car was returned to me with damage. When I dropped it off, it was in perfect condition, but when I picked it up, the rear liftgate had dents and scratches. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice this right away. After driving home, about 20 minutes later I returned to the dealership and showed the manager the damage. The manager told me that the cameras supposedly were not working that day, so they “didn’t know anything,” but promised they would look into it and make me an offer. Later that same day, they called or messaged me (I don’t recall which) and said they would arrange for the damage to be repaired free of charge if I left the car at their body shop for some time. I agreed. After that, no one ever contacted me again. In addition, after this service visit, my Wagoneer started having strange electronic issues. The car sometimes wouldn’t start and behaved unpredictably. I don’t know if this is directly related to the service, but overall this was a very negative experience.

Katie Jasionowski, the vehicle acquisition manager, was very knowledgeable and thorough with our transaction. We came in to sell our car to the dealership through their acquisition department. Katie was ready when we arrived and made the process smooth and simple. We had an amount we wanted for our car and Katie did her best to get us there. as someone who is in the younger adult age i do not get taken serious when im trying to buy a car. when i went to this dealership i felt nothing but special they helped me get into my dream car and also took my trade in for a very good deal i will recommend this dealership to anyone that asks where i got my car and i will refer anyone that is looking for a new one shout out to Rosa and Katie they are amazing. definitely try to work with Rosa shes awesome 5/5

This has to have been the worst experience I have ever had at a Dodge dealer. I brought the truck in for a simple recall for the fuel pump. The service advisor calls me a few hours later based on their diagnosis that the truck needed a few things. That's fine, but based on their services quotes, $40 to change out the third brake light bulb (5 min job), $500 for a new key fob, and a whopping $800 for a new thermostat (20 min job). Mind you a new thermostat is like $75 for the new part, so really wanted to charge me $700 labor for a 20 min job. I declined all these overpriced services much to the chagrin of the service advisor. To make matters worse, when I left dealership whoever the mechanic was decided to deflate both front tires by more then 10 psi to make it easier for them to work on and not bother to fill them back up again. The low tire indicator was on the dash and I had to stop somewhere to fill them back up. Also they never bothered to give it a quick wash or anything. The previous dealership there always washed cars there even for simple services. Nothing worse than a dealership that just does things for their benefit and could care less about customers. I'll find another place that can do a much better job.

I purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee on Christmas Eve and didn't notice some discoloration on the rear bumper during the test drive since the car was not cleaned. As soon as I got home i noticed a white discoloration and immediately took a picture of it. I texted my salesman on 1/1 with no response. Then I texted the Castle service dept. on 1/2, no response. I called the dealership on 1/7 and was transferred to service manager Paul and left a voicemail. On 1/9 I left a voice mail for a sales manager Andrew. On 1/15 I texted my salesman Brandon again. I have yet to hear back from anyone at this dealership on how to proceed on this problem. I feel like they want the sale but no customer service afterwards.

PLEASE READ WHOLE THING. REVIEW HAS CHANGED SINCE FIRST IMPRESSIONS! Great experience. Found exactly what I was looking for, and, after some dealing, got it at a price I like. David was great, wonderful to work with, kept on the deal until we both could make it work. Picked it up, it was neat and clean, fluids topped off, even the gas tank was full. And the first two oil changes on them to boot? What more do you want? Will definitely consider Castle for my future car buying needs. 1/15/26 UPDATE: So my opinion has changed since finally getting to go over the car. Apparently, someone in their service department, while topping off the fluids prior to my picking up the car, broke the hood latch, pulling the cables out of the latch. Rather than fess up and repair the issue, the person stuck the cables up under the dash, hoping I wouldn't see, which I did several days later. I informed the dealership and no offer to make it right was attempted. So the car is at my shop at my expense to fix something I know was working as I, of course, opened the hood when I test drove it and it worked just fine. Super disappointing and it forces me to have to retract my previous statement and NOT recommend Castle for purchasing a car...kinda shady and definitely won't stand behind their sales.
