On a recent trip on a Friday between Kentucky and Illinois I had damage to my back tire causing a flat tire. Porsche Naperville was the closest service center and I called in search of a replacement tire. Chris answered the call, checked and confirmed a tire in stock. The tire change to the spare was completed a little after 3pm and we were 2 hrs away from the dealership which closed at 5. Chris and the service team stayed until we arrived at 5:30 and took care of the car with a replacement tire so we could finish our trip safely and travel back home to KY after. Superb customer service to stay past closing to take care of an emergency situation for me while I was away from home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and appreciation to the team for staying late to take care of me on a Friday night. Thank you!!!

911 threw a code and started running rough. Garaged it over the weekend and got her to this service center first thing. Jose Chuy, who had helped me previously with a simple license plate mount, was my go-to guy again and he es super helpful. Long story short, the issue couldn't be replicated, a ghost in the machine of sorts. But the multi-point identified some recommendations and "stay on top of it" potential issues. The car was washed beautifully inside and out and amazingly there was no charge for all the diagnostics and time spent. Porsche owners in the area are lucky to have this nearby!

Brought the family Porsche in for its 2year /20k mile service (even though it only has 10k). Daniel Wurzer (Service Advisor) went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I had a couple unforeseen circumstances occur and Daniel accommodated me. His communication, problem-solving, and professionalism highlighted his commitment to the customer experience. Brought in my 2025 Porsche Macan GTS to the Porsche Service Center of Naperville. With only 5400 miles, I was having issues with my transmission occasionally getting stuck in first gear, very noisy breaks, and it also needed a detailing. The service rep greeted me with an attitude from the start. He didn't look up my service appointment and just asked what I wanted. So I ran through the items. He immediately said "we don't do detailing". That was fine. But then the brakes and transmission issues were "just normal breaking in" and suggested I "drive differently". I have owned a Porsche previously and as many as a dozen other cars over 40 years of driving. These are not normal issues. Which I told him directly but to no avail. Porsche Naperville is the farthest thing from a 5 star service center. I wish them the best of luck in their business endeavors.

Daniel & Christopher are truly what I consider to be not only Five Star, but also Five Diamond. I own and operate a convention planning company and I send a tremendous amount of business to Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, and many other Five Star, Five Diamond hotels and resorts all around the world. When I tell you this service center, specify to Daniel, Christopher, in my service technician Jimmy exemplifieshe type of service that I'm accustomed to experiencing is an understatement. When it comes to pre-purchase inspections and preventative maintenance, I would not take my Porsche Macan S anywhere else in the Chicagoland area other than this service center.

Can't stress enough how pleasant my experience was when fixing my Cayenne GTS. I was in need of a Porsche dealer with available loaners, and EVERY dealer in the Chicago area was 2-3 weeks out. Meanwhile Jose Chuy picks up the phone at Porsche Naperville, and is immediately helpful in diagnosing the issue with my vehicle, and making sure it's safe for me to drive-in. I was placed into a loaner same day, and was consistently informed every step of the process what the current status was of my vehicle, from start to finish. The car was thoroughly cleaned and tested when I picked it back up, and they handled communication and all aspects of my service with my extended warranty company. 10/10 Experience Will not service my Porsche anywhere else. Jose Chuy went above and beyond as a service advisor.

I came in to Naperville Porsche for a problem I was having with my CPO Cayenne GTS. I have a very busy schedule and while I was driving to work, I noticed my engine light come on and immediately contacted Naperville. Jose promised he would get me in and diagnose the issue right away. With that first diagnosis, began a journey...a thermostat replacement...another engine light two days later...both faulty high pressure and low pressure valves replaced...and a tire that was flat with nail stuck in it (of which an actual tire place could not find but NPV Porsche did!) of which I got patched up. There was an initial issue with loaners being on short supply and I found this to be pretty inconvenient and annoying knowing that THIS IS Porsche, and I expected excellent customer service from them. Despite this, Chris and Jose did an excellent job of placating my expectations and did reimburse me for my loaner rental and did have another loaner available for me the second time I needed one. They have good communication through their texting system and gave me reports frequently on the status of my car. I would highly recommend them as they are fair, very pleasant and genuinely good people!

Talk about the best Porsche service center you can ask for! If you’re looking for top notch transparent service & maintenance advice this is the place to go! Chris, Jose, Jimmy they all treat you like family and give a full detailed video report of your car and answer any silly questions you may have. Not to mention a wonderful lounge to lay back in while they handle the dirty work. Then return your car with a nice wash! Last point to make, if your car has a CPO warranty this is the first place I would take it for the outstanding care for detail during the inspection. Also would like to add they give great advice with vintage Porsches as well which has helped myself & others, so definitely reach out for all of the above. Thank you Naperville Porsche Service and I look forward with o my next service!

Took my 2019 Porsche Cayenne in for an inspection and repair of the automatic cruise control system, and everything was handled flawlessly. The team diagnosed and resolved the issue efficiently, communicated clearly throughout, and returned the car in excellent condition. On top of that, the vehicle was hand-washed before being returned — a small touch, but it says a lot about the level of care they put into their work. I was at the Naperville Porsche Center today. I bought my first Porsche Cayenne 2024 and wanted to check it out. As soon as I entered the yard of the company, the guys came out to meet me and show me where to park in the garage. Everyone was smiling and very kind. At the door I was already greeted by a very pleasant, smiling and kind service manager, Chris, who immediately offered me a fresh drink and other things. I also noticed how clean, quiet, and well organized everything is. Very modern and stylishly arranged, and the energy and positivity I felt in that space made me feel like I was at home, I simply felt the European spirit of the brand. They asked me what I wanted, and after my request, a repairman came, his name is Zlatko. That guy did an inspection on my car, he is very charismatic, professional, simple. He was very selfless to give me any information because as I mentioned I became the owner of my favorite brand for the first time. Zlatko did a full inspection, recorded every detail of my car and checked it. Everything was fine with the car, which completed my experience in their center, I felt very happy and respected. Trust me, people, I have never felt respected and nice in any auto center. I asked Zlatko and Chris some advice for my car and, they were selfless and very kind to share their opinion and suggestions with me. I felt like I was part of their team, which I am, just in a different way. After the finished inspection, they tested the car and took it to wash, the guys who work there are very hardworking. During the car wash, I decided to hang out in the Show room, where I decided to buy coffee cup for my office. Also, the lady in charge of the financial part of the job was very kind. Once again, I want to praise Zlatko, who is very professional and positive. At one point I interrupted the manager Chris during his lunch break, I apologized. But he stopped his break at the same moment and listened to what I wanted to ask. People, I don't change them, Zlatka is like a mechanic service, I want it to always work on my car when needed. Really Chris does his job very organized and professional with so much passion. Continue to be so good, polite and kind everyone. And I'm not changing you 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 Thank you guys!
