I love Chevrolet of Naperville. Everytime I need service or have an emergency, they shine! Recently had a tire blow out and called for help, they told me to call an 800 number and the nicest Tow Truck Driver came and got my car took it to the dealership and I had my car back quickly and they even washed it for me!!!

SERVICE: Service was helpful but didn’t give all the information. I stopped by late Friday with a check engine light, had to do some traveling over the weekend and needed to know if it was safe to drive with. This is a daily driver fleet vehicle authorized for personal use and my primary personal vehicle is currently in another state. Enough of the back story to the issue. Drive in and wait for 5 minutes to speak with someone, first time at this location, however, not my first time dealing with a dealership service center. Normally they can’t get to you fast enough, I explain the situation they walk me inside to schedule an appointment and I restate I need to know if it’s safe to drive or if you have loaners, as this is a primary mode of transportation at the moment. The rep who was about to hand me off says well let me just scan it then and we will go from there. He walks back out to the car scans it and says your fine to drive but we have no loaners available at the moment. Cool I will come back early next week and get it worked on. Fast forward to Monday call to confirm availability of a loaner, to be told, we don’t do loaners due to inventory shortages. Awesome, still need to service a car for a likely minor issue. As a fleet vehicle owner I try to keep a car at the same service center for the life of the vehicle, paperwork and all that. However, due to poor communication and a reliable option to not have to sit and wait for my vehicle to be checked and worked on I am now going somewhere else. Please do better Chevrolet of Naperville, you lost a long term customer due to poor communications and follow up.

I think the service department did a very good job of being patient in diagnosing the problem with my Corvette. However, I think they could have been a lot better at communicating with the Chevrolet dealership in Texas who had done previous work on my vehicle. I think the two Chevrolet dealerships should have worked together to warranty their work. They didn't and it cost me money because they didn't file it under the warranty.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied , untrustworthy the mere fact I passed up many reputable dealerships to buy from this dealership referred by a friend. I purchased a 2020 vehicle January 2023 with low mileage, see pictures at least they could have disclosed this to me so I could have declined the purchase. 3 times I have tried to get Chevrolet of Naperville to give me a solutions all I got was made up excuses. “All these vehicles brakes sound like they are grinding but they are rubbing it’s the material on the brake pad” the mechanic says it’s grinding, service advisor says “no it’s not grinding”.

Upon arrival Stacey greeted me, and checked me in for my appointed service. Although I did not schedule maintenance for the problem I was having with my phone connection to the car, she made sure the tech did all he could to get me connected. Sure enough, after I was done and left for home my phone has been connecting ever since. Thank you so much Stacey and to the service tech that worked on my car. I love how now theres an actual video on the point inspection. They just get better by the day. This is why Chevy of Naperville will always be my go to.

DECEPTIVE, UNINTELLIGENT, SLIMY SCAMMERS!! After starting my car after weeks of being out of town it was in limp mode (traction control off, stabilitrak off, rear gate wouldn’t open, no backup camera, bunch of electrical issue…) it was screaming electrical issues (even I know this and have little experience with working on cars). They told me I needed a new transmission for $9000!!!!! And the gate and backup camera were a totally separate issue! Are you just completely unintelligent!?! Everything shuts down at the same time and you think they are not part of the same issue!? They kept saying my backup camera and rear gate issue was because I have an aftermarket bumper!? Completely not true! We’ve had the car since it was new and there has NEVER been an after market bumper installed. Then they said my transmission is “leaking heavily” and needs to be replaced for $9000. There is no puddle, no dripping. I had a mechanic friend and another mechanic look at it. Both of them said that was just a flat out lie! I could smell their BS from a mile away so I took my car to a local intelligent and honest shop who quickly discovered a worn out wire that had shorted putting my car in limp mode. They fixed it and everything works great (including the gate and backup camera…no there is no aftermarket bumper and clearly it was linked to the original issue…duh!) it was only $300 to fix vs their $9000 transmission. On top of that they left the cover of my battery cover (in the backseat in my vehicle) off and they dropped the screw in the bottom of the battery box which was nearly impossible for me to reach. So sloppy! Still waiting to hear back on this as it was so sloppy I asked for a refund. Who leaves that open with the screw in the bottom and sends the car home!? What an absolute joke. This place is either completely unintelligent, lazy, sloppy and have no idea what they are doing or they are just completely dishonest slimy scammers trying to prey on people. Most likely they are a mix of both. Please NEVER go here and NEVER trust anything they say.
