I brought my car in with some body work that needed to be done from an accident. Right away I got an estimate and I dropped it off. I went through insurance so they had a car waiting for me at the shop. The quality of work is amazing! Looks like new! John takes care of you very well. He is down to earth and gives you the best case scenario and the worst case scenario. That us integrity and honesty. I find that very important. I was able to inspect the car fully and all looked like new. Thank you for providing the customer service and repair quality we love! *******UPDATE******* Before and after pics added. I did buy new tires and wheels with a 2" lift kit in the after photo.

Squirrels got into my car for the second time in 6 weeks. I chose to have it towed to Caliber Collision as my experience with the dealership the first time was not pleasant. Caliber Collision had my car for a week and kept me informed about the status of the repairs the whole time. The repairs were completed at the time promised. The repairs were comparable to the charges from the dealership and I had a much better experience. Quality of service from the Mechanic to the Office Staff was excellent! Everyone has been very nice customer service wise, but I do think it is quite ridiculous that I show up for an 8 AM appointment and someone can’t get my car worked on until noon. If you guys have me set up an appointment at 8, it should be expected to be worked on at least within an hour, not 4. Will not be using Caliber in the future if this is the level of communication provided.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Caliber Collision, and my experience was not very satisfactory. The delivery of my car was delayed beyond the expected timeline, and throughout the repair process there was a noticeable lack of communication. I often had to reach out myself just to get basic updates, which made the situation more frustrating than it needed to be.

I was working mainly with Dan at the 801 building, and i couldn’t have had a more easy, and stress free experience. Communication was great, and vehicle was done about a week earlier than the estimated completion date. Accidents happen, but I'm glad my vehicle ended up in the right hands for repairs. Was told that my truck would be finished on October 30, 2025. It was not ready until October 31, 2025. I understand things go over. That’s not the problem. Problem was when I came to pick up my truck. My fog lights were not working. Truck was hit in the front driver side corner. Do you need to repair the front bumper parts all around the fog lights the front headlight and the front fender. They did a great job on those repairs. But did not repair the fog lights. Told them about the fog lights several times. They were working before the accident they were aware. Told them several times about the fog lights. Went in Monday, November 3 about noon still had not been repaired. Needed to speak to a manager about fog lights. Finally brought it in ended up being Lightbulbs had blown. Easy fix. They knew about the fog lights in the very beginning. They knew about the fog lights not working when I came to pick it up. This thing should’ve been pulled back in and looked at first thing Monday morning. It was not. I needed to talk to a manager to get someone to even look at it and it was an easy fix That they should’ve repaired the first time. They did a good job with everything else, but dropped the ball on the little things. Attention to detail. I can understand things running late. I can understand things happen. Not the problem. If the truck would’ve been 100% finished when I came to pick it up, I would’ve given a five star review. But when the repair was so simple and so small I think they are just trying to push things out too fast and quality might be lacking.

Today I visited Caliber Collision in Naperville, IL to have a front license plate installed on my truck, and the service was absolutely phenomenal. Mr. Andrew, the store manager, personally installed the brackets and license plate for me, even though the shop was short-staffed due to the Christmas season. I didn’t have to wait at all, which really impressed me. I’ve used Caliber Collision before in Memphis, TN a couple of years ago, but I honestly wasn’t expecting this level of service today. I was truly amazed by the professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help. Thank you, Mr. Andrew, for going above and beyond. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I highly recommend this location.

Caliber Collison at 801 Frontenac Road in Naperville are wonderful!! The repair work done on my vehicle was outstanding !!! Bambi L, Office Administrator always greeted me with a warm a friendly smile,and readily answered my questions. Roberto O, Service Advisor, was kind and patient and diligently called me daily to inform me of the status of the progress of my vehicle repairs and assured me my vehicle was not beyond repair. This meant a lot to me because I was concerned it could not be fixed. Even the Andrew K, the General Manger took time to affirm to me that Caliber Collision “stood by their work, and would fix any of the work they did that I was not satisfied with”. Based on my experience with CC, this is indeed an exceptional company!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Caliber Collision in Naperville. My 2025 Honda Civic has been there for over a month, and I still have no clear ETA on when it will be completed. Communication has been minimal, and I haven’t received any concrete updates about parts, progress, or a realistic timeline. Being without a vehicle for this long has been incredibly frustrating and disruptive. What makes this even more frustrating is that my previous experiences with other body shops have been quick and hassle-free. Repairs were completed in a reasonable timeframe, and I was kept informed throughout the process. That has not been the case here. I understand that delays can happen, but customers deserve transparency and consistent communication. Right now, I feel completely in the dark with no answers and no vehicle. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving communication and turnaround times for future customers.

Hello, I would like to formally express my concerns regarding the handling of my vehicle repair at Caliber Collision. My experience throughout this process has been extremely frustrating and, more importantly, has raised serious safety concerns. Initially, the pickup date for my vehicle was scheduled appropriately within the timeframe of the 30 day rental provided by my insurance. However, the pickup date continued to change multiple times. Because of these delays, I was forced to extend my rental vehicle and pay out of pocket, which was not expected when the original completion date was given. Although this was inconvenient, I tried to be understanding about the delays. What has been most upsetting, however, is that when I finally picked up my vehicle, it was not properly repaired. Since then, I have had to make three separate trips back to the shop, and I live and work about 30 minutes away. This has required additional time, fuel, and disruption to my schedule. After multiple visits, it was eventually discovered that the bearings on the vehicle were never fixed. At this point, my car is shaking while driving, which is extremely concerning and does not feel safe at all. Yesterday, the representative who assisted me informed me that I would be contacted once the part is ordered and ready. What I do not understand is why I am currently being asked to drive a vehicle that was not repaired correctly after it was already in your possession for over a month. Being told to continue driving a vehicle that is clearly not safely repaired is very alarming. I do not feel comfortable or safe operating a car that still has unresolved mechanical issues, especially after it has already been in the shop for such a long period of time. From my perspective, this raises serious concerns about safety and responsibility, as I believe it may also be a breach of proper repair and safety standards. Given the situation, I would like clarification on why I am not currently being provided with a rental vehicle while the correct repairs are being completed. It does not seem reasonable or safe for me to continue driving a car that has known unresolved issues.
