I was disappointed with my first car service experience at this location. Unfortunately, the service advisor, Michael, did not communicate effectively throughout the process. My vehicle remained at the dealership for several days without any updates, and despite multiple calls to the service department, we received no information regarding the diagnosis or status. Eventually, we were notified only that the car was ready for pickup and directed to proceed to the cashier—without any prior explanation. The only positive aspect of the visit was the service manager, who took the time to walk us through the service report when we arrived. I’m giving one star solely for his professionalism and effort. I sincerely hope this issue is addressed to prevent similar experiences for other Mercedes customers.

Had a fantastic experience at Mercedes-Benz of Naperville. From start to finish, the entire staff was professional, helpful, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Special shoutout to Dante, the concierge — absolutely top-notch. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled with care and attention to detail. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and just a genuinely solid person to work with. Everyone i interacted with was welcoming and customer-focused. You can tell they take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you right and runs a tight ship, this is the place. Highly recommend.

Richard was very knowledgeable and he kept me informed through the process. I was very pleased with his service. The appraisal of the car was quick and easy. I was hoping that the process to sell the car was a little faster. That being said, I had a positive experience overall.

When I started my search for my next car, I was considering Cadillac, BMW, Mercedes and Genesis. I drove them all. It came down to Mercedes and BMW. My Mercedes test drive got me leaning toward Mercedes as it met my needs better than BMW. Ana-Maria Nicolaescu did a great job making the Mercedes experience wonderful. She really sealed the deal.

In this day and age didn't know dealerships still ran the old "bait n' switch." Talked with Ron Genot exchanged paperwork, set up an appointment for purchase. Arrived half an hour early to find out the vehicle was just sold. "But we have similar vehicles in stock." No courtesy phone call to save us a trip, that's how they treat customers ready to purchase a vehicle?

We recently purchased a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Naperville. The buying process itself was smooth and straightforward, but unfortunately, our post-purchase experience has been very frustrating. We have tried multiple times to get in touch with Josh Storm, the finance manager (apologies if I have the name slightly wrong), but our calls and messages were never returned. On more than one occasion, we had to either ask the receptionist to leave him a note or be transferred directly in order to finally get through. Even then, it often took days before we were able to reach him. While the vehicle itself has been great, the lack of responsiveness and follow-up has been the worst customer service experience we’ve had with a dealership. It gave us the impression that because we purchased a pre-owned vehicle rather than a new one, our business didn’t matter as much. Regardless of the price point, every customer deserves the same level of respect and communication. Because of this, we would not return to purchase another vehicle here, nor would we recommend the dealership to others—at least for used cars. The car may be good, but the customer service has been deeply disappointing.

I am very disappointed with the service experience I had at Mercedes-Benz of Naperville a few months ago. I came in for a standard Service A on my vehicle with only 10,000 miles, and I ended up paying $876.00. After reviewing my invoice in detail, I realized the actual Service A was only $320.92. The rest of the bill was padded with unnecessary 'dealer-recommended' services that were never required by the Mercedes-Benz maintenance manual for a car with such low mileage: $289.95 for a four-wheel alignment (with no steering issues reported). $72.96 for a 'Motor Oil Treatment' (BG MOA), which the manufacturer does not even recommend. $131.55 for a tire balance. The service advisor only offered to 'remove some items' once I questioned the high price, but they still managed to charge me over $500 in extras. I trusted the advisor's recommendations and I feel taken advantage of, but lesson learned: you must compare prices across different dealerships before authorizing any work. I will be taking my business to another dealership for my Service B.

Mike our salesman was extremely patient with us throughout the purchase process. He explained everything we needed to know for the test drive, helped us choose between a SEDAN or an SUV and demonstrated a class and grace not typical of a sales person. Well done!

Outstanding buying experience. Enjoyed the low pressure, "we want to work with you" approach vs the normal experience one normally encounters. Very easy to do business with Mercedes of Naperville. They listened to what I would like to accomplish and put together a deal that worked. Highly recommend Mercedes of Naperville.

BUYERS BEWARE It has been 5½ months since I purchased a vehicle on September 1, 2025, and this issue remains unresolved. I purchased a 2025 GLE580, yet the dealership incorrectly registered a 2026 E350 in my name. I discovered the error approximately five weeks after purchase when I received the state registration documentation. I immediately contacted AutoNation of Naperville, IL, as I was in the process of refinancing the vehicle to secure a significantly lower interest rate. Since reporting the issue, I have experienced ongoing delays, inconsistent communication, and weak follow-up. I have contacted AutoNation Customer Service multiple times without success and have been unable to get through by phone for meaningful assistance. To make matters worse, the temporary registration provided by the dealership expired on November 30, 2025. The dealer issued a letter on their letterhead explaining the situation in the event I am stopped by law enforcement. However, after recently contacting the local DMV, I was informed that the vehicle is not properly registered and that I would be responsible for any citations issued. This situation has caused financial harm, unnecessary stress, and potential legal exposure — all due to an error that was not of my making. Prospective buyers should ensure that all registration and title documents are verified immediately after purchase.

We had a pleasant experience working with Ana Maria during our vehicle purchase from the very first interaction. Her knowledge of the vehicle was deep and detailed. She answered every question thoroughly and patiently and never made us feel rushed or pressured. If you’re considering purchasing a Mercedes-Benz, I would absolutely recommend working with Ana Maria.

First and foremost, Ron the salesman was great to work with. 5 stars! This review is a reflection of the full experience. Mercedes of Naperville is owned by a parent company out of Florida so everything runs through Auto Nation. Any negotiations run through Auto Nation, which means there aren't really any to be had. The purchase included a 120 point certification of the vehicle. After I purchased my vehicle I went to put gas in it for the first time & the gas cap release button did not work. Then I realized the knob for the lights was also not working. They are both in the same panel so thought it was a fuse. There was a limited warranty through Auto Nation so Mercedes of Naperville told me to take it to my local Jeep dealership in Wisconsin & it would be covered. Turns out only the gas cap release button ($800) was covered under the warranty. Was told by Mercedes of Naperville that they would cover the lights ($400). Upon the local Jeep dealership working on it they removed the panel & found that whoever worked on it at Mercedes of Naperville forgot to plug in the connector plug so there was no power to the panel. Amazing concept...plug something in & it works. Whoever did the 120 point inspection obviously didn't actually inspect the lights or gas cap release. My local Jeep dealership only charged me the $200 diagnostic fee instead of the full $1200 repair. Mercedes agreed to reimburse the $200 fee. Took 6 weeks plus & SEVERAL emails to actually get the check in hand! Not to mention 3 trips on 3 different days to the local Jeep dealership, which amounted to a full day of missed work. Mercedes of Naperville is lucky to have Ron as their salesman or this review would've been 1 star!!!

I had a great experience at this dealership. They have a wide selection of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, including many newer models, which made it easy to find what I was looking for. I especially want to thank the store's General Manager, Scott he was extremely professional and took the time to ensure I was completely satisfied. His dedication to customer service really stood out and made me confident enough to refer my family and friends. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you again!

As a 26-year-old Black business owner earning well over six figures annually, I walked into this dealership expecting professionalism and respect. Instead, I immediately felt out of place based on the way I was looked at and treated from the moment I entered. I came in prepared to trade in my 2021 Alfa Romeo Stelvio for a Maserati. During the appraisal, there was a crack in my driver-side window. Rather than professionally explaining the impact on value, the sales representative made a comment implying assumptions about how it happened and what that “must mean,” which felt unnecessary and inappropriate. When reviewing my finances, I was asked in a tone that felt condescending whether I pay my $2,200 monthly rent “alone.” There were multiple remarks throughout the process that made me feel judged rather than valued as a serious buyer. I was never even properly asked for supporting financial documentation before assumptions were made. The overall experience left me feeling racially profiled and unfairly treated. I came ready to do business, but instead felt disrespected. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures all customers are treated equally and professionally, regardless of race.

Great experience! Salesperson Nick Tulo was outstanding. The Sales Manager Mike and Finance person Mohammed, all treated me great. A little bit of a wait, but not on any of their control. Best car buying experience and great deal on a CPO Mercedes.

First time customer at this dealership and the Mercedes brand. Worked with Ron Genot (Sales) and Josh Stoll (F&I). Team was upfront and transparent on the entire process, from pricing to my trade-in to final protection packages. No pressure, no back and forth, no hours and hours of waiting. A huge thank you to Ron and Josh for making this easy and a good experience and to the entire team at MB Naperville. Looking forward to our new relationship. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle, this dealership is a good place to consider. However, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere for service. My experience with the service department was very disappointing, as my vehicle was returned in worse condition than when it was brought in. In addition, there was no general manager available to address concerns, as they are currently in the process of hiring one. The new service director Andy, did not seem to have a clear understanding of the situation or what was going on. Overall, while the sales experience may be positive, I would advise caution when it comes to service.

If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle, look no further than Mercedes-Benz of Naperville! They truly treat you the same whether you walk in wearing sweats or a suit. It doesn’t matter if you’re buying a $10,000 car or a $100,000 one you’ll receive the same exceptional level of service. If you want a recommendation for a salesperson, I personally think Nicholas Tulo is your guy. That said, the excellence doesn’t stop with him the entire staff is wonderful! Shout out to Sales Manager Juan, Parts Sales Nick, and Michael in Service for their professionalism and support. I recently purchased a new to me Mercedes-Benz E250 BlueTEC, and while the no haggle pricing can initially feel frustrating, you’ll quickly realize their vehicles are priced right. More importantly, they genuinely strive to make the experience perfect. What do I mean? As you can imagine, a used 11 year old vehicle may come with a few flaws. I requested that a few items be addressed to finalize the deal, and they agreed without hesitation. “We Owe” paperwork was provided at purchase, and Nick coordinated everything seamlessly with the service department. They even provided me with a loaner vehicle while the agreed-upon work was completed. Get this!!! The service department was professional and kind… something that’s hard to find these days. After repairs were done and bringing the vehicle home, I noticed a few concerns with the work done and reached out to Nick. It’s worth mentioning that at this point, the sale was beyond complete and I had owned the vehicle for over a week. Nick responded immediately, involved his leadership team, coordinated service once again, and even arranged a rental vehicle right away. Four days later, I picked up my car and all I can say is wow. They went above and beyond, delivering a vehicle that far exceeded my expectations. Nicholas Tulo didn’t just sell me a car he built a customer relationship that will last. I look forward to working with Nick and Mercedes-Benz of Naperville for any future vehicle needs. My overall recommendation is give Nick and the entire team the opportunity because they won’t let you down! Good work Mercedes-Benz of Naperville!
