Joe is THE guy to go to for any automotive repair need. I've had him do several repairs on my truck, from control arm bushings, brakes, oil change, transmission service and diagnosing a issue with my trailer plug wiring. Highly recommended. I had been having problems with my vehicle for over a year and had brought it several places, each place gave me a different story for what was causing my van to act up. One place repaired it for several hundred dollars and for the issue to persist. Not a single other place took the time to really tinker and diagnose the problem until Joe did from Uprise. It was evident he looked at every problem like looking at a puzzle to solve. He went back and forth from the office, bringing back a different tool or to print out electrical maps for my vehicle, as he troubleshot and figured out more to the issue. After about an hour and a half he completely resolved the issue. He had pinpointed an electrical issue and fixed it onsite without charging me for any parts and only for his time, after this had been a problem for me for over a year. I had other mechanics in the area tell me to ignore it, and fixing it would mean ripping out the electrical and replacing everything in order to pinpoint where the disconnect was. Uprise has certainly gained my trust and appreciation as well as a lifelong customer from this single encounter.

What a great find! I was desperately in need of an oil change after hours, and saw Uprise was the only place in Naperville still open. They got me right in, and Joe was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Even though I was only there for an oil change, he checked a number of other things on my car to ensure everything was running properly. A little hard to find, as they don't have any signage yet -- but the location marked on Apple Maps and Google Maps is exactly right. Joe told me Uprising in a new endeavor with two of his mechanic friends, so help this small business grow! Highly recommend.

My car needed a major engine repair. Brendan, the lead mechanic, gave me useful info for me to find a good used replacement engine and provided a good estimate for the whole job at a very fair price. I dropped off my car on Monday and the repair was completed on Wednesday. His staff mechanics were friendly and helpful, and Brendan was honest and professional making my whole experience a very pleasant one. I will definitely return for other services in future. I have taken my cars to Joe for a while now and service is still great as ever. I have my Audi A4 b5 serviced here and my GTI here many times and I trust Joe and Adam with my cars. They take care of the cars as if they are their own personal vehicle. The care in their service really shows in their work. They recommend other things that they see on their inspections but are never pushy to get more work unless it is a safety issue.
