Had a terrible experience here I had to replace my ECM here and was quoted $1100 an when I went to go pick up my car it was over $1900, and when the lady Kelsey came over she denied she quoted me that, it would’ve been ok if she admitted she made a mistake but didn’t own up to it, stay clear of this place and especially Kelsey

I had to get a lot of work done on my 2018 rav4 due to it having 216000 miles. Adam was excellent. He answered every single one of my questions with enthusiasm. I really appreciate how much he taught me about maintenance in Toyotas. He also was able to give me a good discount which I also really appreciate. I also worked with Laurent. He was very kind and helpful and also very good at math. Overall, I am very impressed with the service here and will be coming from Skokie whenever I have a lot of work to do on my Toyota!

I recently visited the Toyota dealer in Naperville for an oil change, and unfortunately, my experience has left me dissatisfied and frustrated. I had the misfortune of encountering issues with my engine shortly after having some work done at the dealership. I initially went in for an oil change, but during the visit, the service team discovered a misfire in cylinders 1 and 2. Following their recommendations, I authorized the replacement of two spark plugs, two coils and a valve gasket. To my disappointment, just four days after the service, the engine light reappeared, and upon reading the diagnostic code, it was the same problem – misfire in cylinder 1. This raises concerns about the effectiveness and thoroughness of the initial repair. I understand that issues can arise with any vehicle, but the recurrence of the same problem so soon after a supposedly comprehensive service is disheartening. It not only undermines my confidence in the quality of the work performed but also raises questions about the diagnostics and troubleshooting processes carried out by the dealership. I expected a higher level of expertise and attention to detail from a Toyota service center.

One mo th after my purchase they told I took it in for an oil change and a ture rotation. They very aggressively tried to get me to do about 7k in "needed service" I told them absolutely not and after more than 30 min of arguing I just took the car and left. I went to Christian Brothers and they did ALL the same service and more for less and 600 dollars! Toyota's service is a scam!

I picked my car up after paying $1800 for a ceramic coat. I noticed the paint on the car was swirled and I pointed it out to the service writer that I took delivery from. He said it would be a quick claim and they'd get it fixed local to me. That was a straight up lie. I fought for weeks, spent way too much of my time, and came out with nothing but a scratched up car and $1800 less. Either the staff is scummy, or they aren't properly trained.

I’m very disappointed with my recent service. I first reported an issue at my initial visit, was asked for “proof,” and even after providing a video, was told it must occur in front of staff to be investigated—leaving no value to the customer’s word. I waited 3.5 hours only to hear “no issue compared to similar models,” which felt dismissive; if all models show it, that makes it a design issue, not a non-issue. The problem reappeared right after service. Courtesy calls are always at busy times, leaving only voicemails—I don’t have time for call-backs. Lastly, I specifically requested new wiper blades, but my request wasn’t even noted or addressed. Overall, I am not satisfied and hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve customer care and follow-up.

DO NOT GO HERE AND DO NOT LET YOUR FRIENDS/FAMILY MEMBERS GO HERE. They will scam you and overcharge you for ridiculous unnecessary services. They will suggest services that take 5-10 minutes and charge you for $100-300 dollars of labour per instance and 5x the cost of parts. A bottle of fuel injector cleaner costs no more than 20 dollars and as little as 10 dollars and takes at most an hour or as little as 20 minutes of just leaving the car running, yet my friend was charged 120 dollars for parts and 160 dollars for labour! All services which they never suggested to me, and likely only suggested because they knew that their target knew nothing about car maintenance. They charged them almost 300 dollars for rodent deterrent! You cannot seriously tell me that spraying a 15 dollar bottle of rodent repellent and 20 minutes of spraying is worth 300 dollars! Overall a bill of more than $1000 dollars for a routine maintenance that will cost you $100 at a legitimate shop! This place is predatory tactics in action. If you aren't confident in knowing the costs of car maintenance and what your car actually needs, don't go here. Go to an actually reputable independent shop that isn't full of wolves looking to take advantage of you.

I have previously serviced my vehicle in Texas, and I have never experienced this kind of customer care, professionalism, and attention to detail. Kyle treated me not just as a customer, but as a valued guest. His communication was clear, respectful, and proactive, and he showed genuine care and responsibility throughout the entire process. This level of service sets a standard that, in my opinion, should be adopted across all Toyota dealerships. If this is considered “normal” service at Toyota of Naperville, then I am truly impressed. However, if this experience was largely due to Kyle personally, then I believe his leadership and approach clearly exceed the role of a Service Advisor. From a customer’s perspective, Kyle demonstrates the mindset, accountability, and professionalism of a Service Manager. I had an early appointment at 7:30 for my car’s first service. I arrived on time and was greeted by Aron Torres, who seemed ready and waiting for me. I asked him about the process for the first service, and he explained everything step by step. Since I mentioned I’d be waiting, he showed me to the customer lounge, where complimentary pastries were available. About 20 minutes later, I received a text with a link to the car’s initial inspection video. Another 30 minutes after that, Aron came over to let me know the service was complete. The whole process was quick and smooth.
