Not really happy what they did when i drope my vehicle for a factory safety recall ( rear subframe ) they suggested to change the tires ,i accepted and they ending up scratching the rims when installing new tires and damage the center caps , one in the front left really bad , also they not even clean the old weights glue before balance , didn't aspect this type of " quality " at Mercedes 👎 , is been more that a week and no one got back to me with a solution

Horrible experience. They (sales team with Autonation) wanted to buy my car. We agreed on a price. Made me wait for 2 hours to get the paperwork done and then finally get the check $800 less than the agreed price. The sales advisor confirmed the agreed price (had documented confirmation from the manager). when he went back to correct the mistake, I was told to accept this offer or cancel the contract! The manager refused to get another check because once it’s issued it cannot be changed apparently. BS! Highly unprofessional behavior. Didn’t even come to me to apologize for the mishap. Never doing business with these guys! The sales advisor, Richard was a good guy.

Honestly, this was the smoothest and kindest service experience I’ve had in years. Matthew, the service advisor, is incredible! In the span of the last month, I lost my father, found out my dog has cancer, and my car went on the fritz. Matthew had no way of knowing that, of course, but went above and beyond - he was honestly so kind and helpful that I was practically moved to tears. He went out of his way to track down some tire and wheel insurance that I had purchased when i originally bought the car and never received information for. He spent so much time with their claims department trying to help me out and ended up really saving the day with my car. He and the team were honest, fair, super kind, and explained everything in detail which made me feel super comfortable about the value of what we needed to do to fix the car. Thanks to Matthew, this experience alleviated some stress instead of adding to it and I’m really grateful that I was fortunate enough to have him help me out!

5 stars for staff. 2 stars for online appointments. 2 stars for cost. 1 star for charges for EVERYTHING. We've had Mercedes for over 20 years now. Expenses are expected with older, luxury vehicles. I've considered it the price to pay for the comfort and security, not to mention the ease of loaner availability. We also own Ford and Honda and I always enjoyed the convenience of Mercedes when having work done. However, the last few years, the repair costs have gone WAY up. Zero incentives for repeat customers. And the ONE perk I hung around for (the quick, easy, complimentary loaner)....I was charged for. Paid over $400 just to have someone LOOK at the car and confirm it needed 9k in work (I could have done that) and the cherry on top? I got to pay for the loaner while you did it. Denied the work. Drove the car straight to Honda, and parted ways with my beloved Mercedes. This is the end of the road for us.
