Had an appointment at 10 am, came in and they didn’t have my appointment in the system , after I showed proof of calling and speaking to the guy making an appointment they told me that if I wanted I had to leave my car for at least a couple hours, which I couldn’t do that’s why I made an appointment…. Anyway the only thing I was on about was to check my tire that was losing air while driving only, 10-15 min job, I’d do it myself if had their tools.

Took my car here because I was hearing a clanking noise when I turned. The manager Jesus was very helpful . Asked me if I was dropping off the car or staying. I stayed and was ok waiting . After doing a full inspection on my car, Jesus told me it was a bad bearing and he recommended a wheel alignment as well. Ordered and had the part installed same day. The price was definitely cheaper than I expected . Jesus took care of all my needs and then some. He is very professional and cares for his customers

I popped in here on a whim after grocery shopping at Trader Joe’s because my tires were really low due to the freezing cold air. Jesus was behind the counter and just told me to pull around the back and they would take care of filling up my tires for me – I had asked if I could do it myself if they had a machine, but he said to just pull around. He filled up my tires no question – it was so quick and easy, and when I asked if I needed to pay – he said no. This was amazing and marvelous customer service! Next time I need tires, I will come here – the service was friendly and absolutely wonderful- Happy holidays, guys!

Reviewing late because the company has the audacity to ask me back in. Last year, I got a simple oil change. They didn’t refasten my skid plate correctly and it fell off and dragged on the highway. It was a disaster. Had to pull teeth to get them to acknowledge, let alone reimburse their faults. After picking up my car again, the manager was very rude as if the whole ordeal was my fault. Looking back now, it’s comical how bad the experience was. Go at your own risk lol
