Unbelievably slow, Iits been two hours and I've seen 4 people come and go, no one has touched my vehicle. No updates as to issues and the thier "promised time" is only an hour away. Great team at this Belle tire. Tyler has helped me so much between July and August 2025. I've had nothing but bad luck with my Dodge dart and the team here has helped me get the parts swapped and even fix a few stupid mistakes I made doing my brake job. And simultaneously helping me figure out how to finance these repairs (struts, shocks, control arm, etc). These guys go the extra mile and it really matters in these times when everything costs so much, and we're all trying to make it through. You've got a great employee in Tyler and a great team overall. If you need work done on your wheels, rims, brakes or any part go to this Belle tire, they're awesome. Treat them with patience and they'll give you the same. I plan to come back as long as I live within an hour drive of this location.

Paid for an alignment , they must not liked that I used a coupon that after I got done and went to a different shop they told me there was no alignment done. Truck still needs alignment and still pulls to the left.

I went to get my tires replaced and the price was fine and all but I dropped off my car at 3 and they told me it was gonna be a few hours which I was prepared for but at 6 (when they close) we called they said they were almost done so we started to head out and as we were driving they called again saying it was done! Well I said that I would be there in 15 minutes and he said it would be there waiting for us to pick it up and they left it outside of the building unlocked with NO KEYS!!! Completely unacceptable

Had an emergency flat tire and barely made it there. They pulled me right in and fixed it on an oversized truck tire. Staff was super nice and they didn’t even charge me. Been around the block with different belle tires. This one hands down has been the best experience. Shout out to the crew there. Hope you all enjoy the free lunch

Definitely not happy with the service, sent my wife in with my truck that we just put all new parts on , four and half hours later when I showed up to see what’s going on she gets told we forgot to turn in the work order. There next option was generous which was to offer a free alignment although that seem to be more of a headache, next day the show begins sorry sir you got a couple of bad parts upper and lower control arms and we can’t do the alignment so once again I had to re-explain to the same guy who was supposed to have checked my vehicle in that the parts are new and the bolts need to be torqued to spec. Next response from Belle is we have to charge you an hour labor which I paid not happily. this store seems to work as an independent location , I called two other locations and explained my situation at this location and each person I talked to said that’s not how it’s done tightening the bolts to spec is there way of assuring the job is done accurately. Next the service tech calls me and says your trucks done but your camber is off on the driver side , so that means the alignment really isn’t done . Why wouldn’t you call me while you got the truck on the rack and ask me if I would like it fixed while in your facility? I definitely will drive from birch run to Fenton mi before I go back to this location.

I recently went to Belle Tire on Center Rd. They told me it would be a 2 hour wait. But the guy at the desk said he would call the Pierson Rd store and see if they could do it faster. He told me they would get me right in if I could get there quick. So I drove to Belle Tire on Pierson Rd. He told me to ask for Ryan (manager). Upon arriving I asked for him and they said it would be an 11/2 hour wait. Ryan apologized and said he would get me in as quickly as possible. In the meantime he called the store on Center Rd. Asked why he would tell a customer that. Within a very short time he got me in and I was on my way in about 45 minutes. He sat with me in the show room and kept apologizing for the other store. Bottom line I received excellent customer service.

There tire prices and selections are awesome 👌 👏 👍. At this location they do other than just tires. They do all sorts of repairs to your vehicles , alignments and oil changes. You are always greater with a smile from the counter staff and the technicians. They have always done us good on the pricing of tires and repairs. They always get us the best price period with an awesome warranty. They always get us rite in and out weather it for tires or service. They never try to over sell you on anything. They also have free air for your tires and will do free nail hole repairs. Awesome job 👏 👍 guys and gals.
