Walked in, greeted immediately and after a quick diagnosis, Cody, who was knowledgeable and friendly, had me scheduled for a next day appointment. Was straightforward and honest when they discovered the issue was something less severe. Provided the exact cost and performed the service to my complete satisfaction. Did a thorough vehicle check and assessment and advised of future necessary service. Provided an online link to a detailed recap Very neat and clean facility with easy access.

Came in for an oil change right before the big blizzard. CJ was 5/5 amazing. He was informed, took care of transportation for me while I waited, and corrected the techs’ oversight of not inflating the tires as had been requested. 4/5 overall instead of 5/5 overall because an oil change took 5 hours instead of the estimated 2, and even when I got the truck back not everything we discussed was completed. I will 100% be back again—I will just plan on service being an all-day event. -Bryce

The team got everything I needed done, but I had some communication concerns. They're very friendly and have a great space for waiting on the repairs. tl;dr: I wasn't notified when they were finished with two of the requested services. I took my vehicle in for State inspection and 100K mile maintenance items around 8am and got started on the repair a few moments later. State inspector was not in for the day, so the car needed to be taken across the street for another location that had an inspector available. No problem at all for me, but may need to indicate this to folks when they called ahead asking to come in since the added time could rub folks the wrong way. Perhaps it is posted elsewhere but I wasn't aware. The conversation was that after they had finished the inspection we could continue talking about the 100k mile maintenance work. After waiting in the location for roughly and hour and a half since I spoke with the representative, I didn't receive any notification that the state inspection was done. I went up to ask about the car, noticing that it was out front again in a new parking spot, and they stated it was done. I'm worried that if I did not ask, it would never have been brought to my attention. Afterwards, around 10am, we discussed what 100k maintenance items I'd need done based on the maintenance history. List was fairly long and I needed the car by 4pm. Not being an expert at the repair I thought this would be enough time. After he assured me it'd be done by 4pm they paid for a Lyft to take me to my home to wait out the time. To just check in on the progress, I had called them at around 2pm to see what the status was and he quickly stated it was finished... I was surprised because again, I would have thought they would have reached out to me stating the repair had finished. I quickly took a Lyft back, paid for the maintenance, and was on my way out by 2:40pm or so. Introspectively, I probably should have directly stated that I would want a call or update as soon as they'd know when it would be finished as I've had this courtesy call with any other service place I've gone to for my car. For this reason I'm not marking them any less than 4-stars because ultimately the team did a good job in welcoming me and making sure the items were clearly stated prior to the work but I wish communication had been more clear. It's fair to have an expectation that the customer would be notified when the work was completed.
