Simple repair job. Had car two days without consent. No one answers the phone and voicemail full always! Picked up car after closing the second day because they never got around to fixing it the first day, only to find out the car light was still on and the car was running like a race car. Back to the shop, they have the car all day again. Nobody is answering the phone, voicemail is full and it’s almost closing time. What would you do… So UNPROFESSIONAL.

This review was long over due…. Had my vw serviced by them in August to have my DSG transmission fluid and filter changed. Then In November had to have my turbo replaced. Service was above and beyond. The owner personally dealt with me and he was a pleasure to deal with. He is honest and upfront. The VW dealer down the block wanted 500.00 to service the transmission and 3300.00 to replace the turbo. Went to besos and their price was way cheaper than the dealer. One of the only few places in Staten Island that work in VW and Audi. They even top off the fluids on my car. My vw was treated as if it were there car. Would I go back again? Definitely!!!!! They have me as a customer for life!!!!!! Thank you all at besos for fixing my vw !!!!!!! Dealership service with family discount prices.

First time using this repair shop and I am very pleased . Dan the technician/ mechanic is super knowledgeable he diagnosed the issue with my Audi (which was a bad turbo) he answered all my questions and concerns. Although a bit of an expensive repair there rates are reasonable for the professional and clean job performed. I will be bringing my Audi there for any further repairs. I highly recommend them
