Used to be my favorite car service station, but not anymore. Just feel I had wasted my 6 hours there for maintenance service. Drop off my car at 8 am and told them I need my car by 2 pm. Call them every 2 hours to check the status, been told my car will be the next. However, nothing has done until I drove it away at 2pm. Will not come back again for sure, don't feel they care and respect their customers. If they don't respect customer's time, how will they be honest to the customers?

If you have to use a body shop because, unfortunately, you were in an accident (or your car was parked, minding its own business and got hit like mine was), then Great Kills Service is where you want to go. This is the 3rd body shop I have used on Staten Island, and they are absolute perfection. Work was done quickly and thoroughly - nothing had to be redone - no do-overs or mistakes. Just a great job at a reasonable cost.

I’m a long time customer of GK Service Station, about 20 years now. I continue to bring my vehicle there even after moving away from Great Kills and living closer to other shops. Joe is a class act and his crew never lets me down. I know my car is in great hands there and even when something is wrong they will have the courtesy to discuss things with me first to get my blessing, and they do everything to save me money. Having my vehicle serviced several times now, the employees and owner there are very knowledgeable and friendly. Their pricing is also very fair and reasonable. Tells you the specifics of what's wrong with the vehicle and why it needs replacement. They would more than gladly explain it to you several times. When I went in to get my stabilizers replaced, Joe also replaced the belts because it was on the verge of failing and he was afraid for my safety. He and the other employees treat you like family

Businesses like this one need to be acknowledged. Went there to get my oil change and inspection because I read the reviews and they were correct-everyone there was extremely professional and nobody tried to upsell me. They were prompt and took care of everything and explained everything. In my experience every garage I have been to as a woman has been a very negative experience. This is my new auto repair and I will be telling everyone. If you need a mechanic and don't want to be ripped off you should definitely come here. Thank you for being honest and professional.
