Bring my van to be checked for a hard start , and oil leak from lower engine , only to be told I needed a starter and a oil pressure switch , trusting in the work I said ok ,and I added to have a full tune up to have it running good and strong , after said and done I paid $1400 for the work ,a little expensive but I trusted the work , a week later I'm on the nj parkway and my van shut down with the same issue i had in the first place , a hard no start , a tow cost $300 plus $ 140 to join triple AAA , I had it towed to Leotta who worked on it last ,only to wait 13 days to be told I need a new engine, here's the best part ,they want to charge $5000 for another engine installation and discount the tow charges , if they would of diagnosed the bad engine the first time , I wouldn't be in this situation I'm in with them now, this is very unprofessional workmanship and supervision authorizing the work to be done , I should of been told that don't spend any money on a tune up and starter ,ur engine is in bad shape , all they did was put a bandaid on it and took my money....

I brought my car there on Thursday for a diagnosis they told me they would call me back that night never called back. I went there again the next day they told me what was wrong with it but then they said they need to throw it back on the lift because I guess they weren’t sure Told me they’ll give me a call later that they never called me. Had to wait all day Saturday cause they were off and closed. Waited all day Monday for a phone call didn’t get one called at 2 o’clock. Told that I’ll get a call before the end of the day. Never got one now my car is still there. It’s Tuesday. They told me they would call me and still never called me. Yes, it’s a free diagnosis but my car could’ve been fixed by now and I could’ve been back on the road making money and my car is still there still no response. I will change this review if things go better but as of right now, I’m very unhappy with this place And I don’t know much about cars single dad with just this car to make money.

This was the first time I have been to this business for auto repair and It was a great experience… Mario kept me informed of what was being done after I had my vehicle towed to them and the issue was corrected in a timely manner. They were very friendly and courteous. I drop my car off on Friday around 3 o’clock. They didn’t even start looking at it till Monday at around 1 o’clock. Got in the parts on Tuesday I got it back by Wednesday with the way I got my car back no gas not a drop was scared to even drive it off the lot and get it to a gas station. Which made me leave for work OK then I look at my car on the side Filthy all on the side Never again It was just the way the woman was on the phone too like so unprofessional all summer hours every time I was calling to see if they needed parts yet summer hours let me tell my job That was very unprofessional
