I brought my tire to Express Tire and Auto Service to fix a small puncture. The tire was only a year and a half old with just 8,000 miles on it and still in great condition. They patched it from the inside, and I drove on it for only about 1,000 miles before it started leaking again — in the exact same spot. When I brought it back, they told me the tire was now unrepairable — likely because their poor patching job caused the damage to worsen over time. There was no foreign object or new puncture this time — just a failed repair. Despite that, they blamed the leak entirely on my driving behavior and refused to accept any responsibility. The owner was rude and impatient throughout the conversation, showing no interest in resolving the issue or standing behind their work. I ended up having to give up a tire that was still in good condition and pay for a used replacement. Even then, they showed me one used tire but installed a completely different one without telling me. Overall, a very disappointing experience — poor workmanship, zero accountability, and unprofessional customer service. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this shop to others.

I went to Express Tire and Auto Service of Port Richmond today because my tire kept leaking air. From the second I pulled in, they got right to it and wasted no time figuring out what was wrong. Have used this company twice for nails in my tire and it is great. Open until 9pm. 20 bucks hot patch is reasonable. In and out in 20 minutes, you can't beat it.

Damaged my TPMS psi sensor during the tire install and wheel alignment . Came here with tire pressure readings available on my car before installation, after they finished the car reads “tire pressure unavailable”, when asking for help they say the sensor battery just happened to die as I was there, takes zero responsibility. Battery’s last 7 years and this car is a 2022. Other worker says “things happen” and says it’ll be 95 dollars to replace. Make sure to make them be aware that your sensors are all working before letting them work on your wheels, or you’ll have to pay for their mistake or better yet go elsewhere. unprofessional.

This place does not even deserve 1 star. Had them put on tires a little bit ago, and the tires started leaking from the sidewall as they weren’t sealed correctly. Went back to get them resealed and they scratched up both rims drastically and swore it wasn’t them. Was just looking at both rims this morning before I went in to make sure there was no damage so it was absolutely done there. Dave yourself the headache and go somewhere else as this will just be a crap job on all services.

I had my car’s tires mounted and balanced from this place, that gentleman with beard is very helpful and understanding!!! A few people have left some negative reviews about this place maybe their experience wasn’t as good as mine. They charged me $120 for their service. Very reasonable price as others asked me $140 and $160 for same work.

30 years in the car business. They say we can’t fix ur tires if you want we can put ur spare tire on. After so $5 tips to the one who changed than they charge me $32 for doing nothing but change the spare ( I have tlc plates) which means we get regular reasonable prices as we all over nyc and we deal with almost all tires places and we know the real prices ( after all this explanation to the person he insisted $32 ) . My answer was simple, those $37 want kill me , I learned my lesson next time ( even my tires was low not flat) i would rather drive on flat to a place I trust and buy used tires for extra $ 10 or 20 dollars than come to your place again. And will let people know.

These guys absolutely rock 💯. I didn't know what to do first after getting out of an ambulances way, not much room to maneuver and hit the curb at the perfect angle to pop my tire. Called Express Tire in a panic and spoke with Cristian the owner. In minutes I had a tow truck, a tire and a great sense of relief. Tito at the shop was so nice as was J & J towing.. Everyone was amazing. Great service all the way around! Great prices and it was almost 10pm!! Much Love to Express Tire...your name truly represents your service!!!

They do fishy business. Came for a plug they brought my tire out and told me it was no good. All of a sudden a bad leak from the sidewall. You could hear it whistle. I brought it for a nail that didnt make my tire go flat for 2 days after refill. This leak would’ve had my tire flat in an hour. I checked it before going in and would’ve noticed it. I would never come back nor would I recommend anyone else to.

Amazing service every time. They sell used tires and new. It’s definitely my go to spot for a flat tire. Service is always friendly and they get it done efficiently. This my second time coming here with a flat tire. 90$ plus tax or 90$ flat cash or Zelle. The price is very depending on a car you have. Thank you 🙏🏼
