Professional, friendly, super on the ball - had prices and everything ordered before I even walked out the door in the morning. Cannot recommend enough.

Crazy Joes came highly recommended and did not disappoint! Recently moved to the area, and was in need of inspection/oil change/maintenance. Phil and his team came through in the clutch, got everything done, including new brakes, in a few hours at an unbeatable price. What I appreciated most was how Phil walked me through the process, so helpful, kept me updated along the way, and all on a busy Saturday. Will be my new auto go-to, a true neighborhood establishment for sure

I've been going to these guys for a few years now with my older cars. Not only do they do great work, they're super helpful and have always been very straight forward with me. My only regret is that I didn't start bringing my cars there sooner; I've been taken for a few rides by other shops, and not in a good way. Not at Joe's though, very responsive, very transparent, never make me feel like I'm a nuisance, it's really no wonder they've been in business over 50 years. 10/10, would recommend.

I had 54,000 original miles on it. They didn't hook the oil lines correctly to the engine block. After spending $800 on an oil leak repair.. Two days later driving home from Brooklyn.. the hoses let go and my engine seized. They wanted to put an engine with $120,000 miles on it with a 90 day warrantee. I had to pay for rebuilt engine.. which took 6 weeks to do.. meanwhile he would not refund my $800. He said I shouldn't be driving the car. When I went to get my personal belongings during week one, he left the oil pan on my front seat. He destroyed my car then was treating it with disrespect. To put salt in the wound.. he gave it back to me with the fuel light on. He totally devalued my car.. no more matching #'s.. and in the life of the old engine.. I never saw a low fuel light come on. I never went below half. He did nothing to make up for all I went through. Struggling to go back and forth to work.. or even going to the grocery store. I got my car today We'll see how he honors this warranty and I have to get a synthetic oil change in 500 miles.. on me. If you want to be treated like crap and your time and money doesn't matter. Go to them.

Wouldn’t come here. First time I came here it was out of desperation and recommendation. Worst decision I’ve ever made. If you look at the receipt, you can see I had a coolant leak and engine shaking From it over heating. Paid over 2k for all the work while also charging me for a few other things I may or may not needed. Had to go back because a check engine light came on and engine started to shake again. They had me pay again because they “made a mistake and needed to change another engine coil and fuel injector” they did not apologize nor did they try to reason with me. I didn’t care I just wanted my car back so I paid. I finally get my car back and 2 days later same issue. This time I decided to drive to my mechanic in Brooklyn to have it all checked out. Turns out the mechanics at crazy joes put cheap parts such as the coil and fuel injectors but charged me an arm for. Then for the second time that I went for them to fix the shaking and said they had to fix another coil, ended up being a poor job of them just putting a used old coil on my engine. I will put the proof of the used coil that my mechanic had to take out. DO NOT COME HERE their scheme seems to be that they work on your car with cheap parts and specifically work on your car in a way for you to keep coming back. Might just be my own experience here as I see a lot of good reviews. As for me, I hope I save a few people who come across this review for the sol reason that some of us do not know trusty mechanics nor do we have the resources to afford to be in an endless cycle of continuing to go back there.
