The oil change itself was done which is why I gave it two stars. The pricing is what is shady. When you ask how much it costs they don't answer but instead ask if you are in the system. I asked again how much and I was told I had to wait for the owner to go into the system. The person in front of me was charged $45 but when he argued that Ronnie told him it was $35 so they changed it. I go to pay and they charge me $100! I asked to speak to the owner, Victor claimed he was in the back and that he said no discounts and I had to pay the price, yet the owner never came out to speak to me. With so many other places in the area to choose from I will not be going back! Beware!

I have to say I've been to many mechanics, but Ronnie, the owner, here has to be the most reliable, honest, and reasonable mechanic in staten Island . I've been coming to him for the past couple of years since I moved to the area and I've never had a problem or a hard time with them. Recommend 1,000%. I refer all my friends and family here. Prices are not what they post. I went in for an oil change and was charged $45.24 using my credit card. The sign on the wall clearly states $29.95. He explained that was for Synthetic Oil. I told him I wanted the Conventional (regular) oil. He then told me that the price depends on the type of car. I told him that the sign does not say "Price Varies." My guess is that he never changed the price and didn't want to give me the service for that price. I think he should have just to keep me as a customer. The price is the price. He took the car off the lift instead of giving me the oil change at the price listed. I gave him three stars because I got an instant refund without any more discussion. Check the price if you go there.

R&R Auto Lube.I Only had 35000 miles on my truck went in for an oil change.\nAnd filter. Brought it home and oil was leaking all over my driveway. When back to them and they got very nasty. Like that wasn't them and there is oil in there. Too lazy to really check it out. Brought it. To a good mechanic and guess what? They put the oil filter in wrong and did not set the o-ring right, so it was leaking. The second time I went there, the mechanic said, this guy again, like I was the problem. Keep away. I think they get lucky when they get it right.
