I came here to get my NY State inspection and also to get new tires. The appointment coordination was seamless. Matthew reached out ahead of time to ask me which tires I wanted to make sure they’d have them the day of the appointment. Kevin helped me understand the issue with the alignment, which I also got replaced. Everyone was friendly. My appointment was for 7:30 but I ended up arriving around 7:45. Entire process ended up taking about 3.5 hours. Waited in the Starbucks across the street. Getting tires replaced isn’t cheap, but you definitely don’t want to skimp on this. The inspection part was quick and they even ended up waiving one of those fees. All in all, would recommend!

Spoke to Kevin via Email the day before. arrived met Kevin he verified what tires I wanted. During installation he came and showed the alignment results asked if I wanted alignment yes or no. with no hard sell. They noticed inspection was due and offered to do it then. We’ve been going to All Tire on Page Ave. since they opened. Kevin and all of the guys there are always very helpful and friendly. This recent visit was for my son’s car. The tire was losing air and was almost flat. They spent a nice amount of time looking for a leak and when they didn’t find one they continued to look for the source of the leak. I asked them if they thought we needed a new tire and they said that would be a last resort. Instead they cleaned the tire and bead sealed it and replaced the air valve. Every time we go there we leave feeling satisfied and not ripped off. They have their customers best interest at heart.
