Ashraf is the service manager…definitely a master in his craft!! Honest guy who knows how to treat his customers!! I have taken 3 of my cars & 2 work trucks to this location and they have been extremely professional & informative about every issue I had! Most of the time they find something less than what I expected and even refer me to someone that they know for certain issues that they don’t work on or specialize in! Like exhaust for example… The staff is extremely skilled and knowledgeable but most of all they are trustworthy!!! I recommend them for everyone!

Had new tires installed. Install went well had them check my alignment. I thought it was fine since my car was tracking straight not pulling left or right at all. The service advisor informed me that the alignment was fine. Appreciate their honesty! Also, great price another installer wanted $15 per tire for tpms rebuild Pep Boys included this in install price.

I purchased tires and scheduled an appointment at 9:00 AM at Pep Boys to have two rear tires replaced. I was very clear about which tires needed to be changed. After waiting over three hours, I was given my car back — only to find out they had replaced the front tires instead of the rear ones. Not only was the wait unreasonably long, but the job was done incorrectly despite clear instructions. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Terrible service. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this location to anyone.

Reckless action taken by this guy , I can’t mention his name but when he read this review he will know that I am referring to him in particular for not doing what he was supposed to do to prevent my son’s car from getting an engine failure. My son bought his car on 10/3/25 and couple of days later we took the car for inspection, and when we went to pick up the car after inspection, I asked him if he checked the oil because we just bought the car and I wanted to make sure everything is working fine. He said yes he checked the oil but he never did. Even when my son returned the second time to change his tires , he didn’t bother to check the oil. One morning my son went to drive his car to work and found out the car couldn’t start. We towed the car to them and after the diagnosis they told us it has an engine issue and that they have changed the oil. The guy at the front desk told me they have expensive machine to diagnose any car issue. I said to him why didn’t they use the technology they have to found out the issue the first time. What is the purpose of changing the oil now after the damaged was done? He got angry and lashed out at me. My son was driving his car for over a month on a dry engine and that was what caused the engine failure .The car was driving perfectly fine before the oil issue. My son wrote a review and Pepboys said they will get back to him but they didn’t

I went to get my tire fixed after finding a screw in it. Despite it being booked up for the night and near closing time, Ash at the front desk had someone stay and repair it for me. I guess he could tell I was having a bad day and just wanted to make it a little better if he could. I was a fist time customer but now will be a loyal one.

I can't say enough about this particular Pep boys car mechanics. Never mind that they are so patient with all their clients especially the ones that think they know what's going on and they don't hahaha They have great mechanics, thorough mechanics and a wonderful manager or two. Thank you Bigs and Andrew.. for working with me making me feel comfortable about the job that needed to be done explaining every detail to me and the reasoning for the work that had to be done. She is now as smooth as silk and I look forward to having her for many more years to come. If I could give this shop 10 stars I would!!!
