I was going on vacation and decided to have a cosmetic scratch on the side of my car fixed while I was away. Barry's had my insurance info as well as what they needed to get this done. Although I wasn't promised my car back on the date of my return, imagine my surprise when calling them to see what the insurance agent said only to learn it was taken apart and still waiting to be seen by State Farm. I was so disgusted I told them to forget everything and that I was coming to pick up my car. My husband went that evening and was told they didn't have time to put it back to together. Put it together? Why did they take it apart without having a date/time for the inspection?? I was told that if I wanted it put back together I would have to wait another day incurring more overnight charges and that I'd have to pay for them taking it apart, putting it together and essentially STORING IT for 8 days. I never would have my left my car with them if I didn't think for one second it was going to be, at a minimum, near completion by the time I got home. Instead I find it's taken apart and nothing else was done to it. Nothing. Out of sheer disgust and frustration I told them I want my car put back together (yes, knowing I was going to have to pay) the next day and that I was coming to pick it up. I was charged $1927.09 to take apart my car, do nothing to it, and put it back together. I was treated with nothing but disrespect from the moment I walked into their establishment. I was yelled at and spoken down to for trying to get my point across. A complaint is also going in to the BBB against this company. Fool me once Barry's, shame on me. fool me twice, oh that's right, that's not going to happen because I'LL NEVER BE BACK. I should have listened to EVERYONE who told me not to bring my car to you. Lesson learned and Buyer Beware/

My 2019 Camaro was rear ended by a Dodge Ram. I googled and Barry's had the most and best reviews. So, I decided to go there. Well I was not disappointed. Everyone was great, they did excellent work, the rental/repair process went smoothly and my car is back to the way it was(I think even better) :) I would highly recommend Barry's for Auto Body work if you are ever in an accident. Absolutely horrible after you get caught saying you put parts on my car and you didn't you don't even apologize one of the owners gets mad at me later that night I find out the hood didn't get replaced either I asked to speak to the owner he keep feeding his messages to his worker couldn't pick up the phone too atleast apologize I went there for a fender a mirror a windshield and a hood instead I got a estimate of 9400 dollars for about 20 parts and got a fender a windshield and a detail for 9400 dollars

UPDATE 6 months later: the door peeling/cracking and rust spots/bubbling paint are getting worse at the repair sites. Barry you said you do not know who CJR CJR is, strange because I spoke to you on your cell and then text you pictures of the damage. Sorry, but I am going to contact the insurance company now to review the original claim. Had minor body work done in 2014 on my 2011 VW Routan. I was told that the body repairs come with a 100% Warranty. The body repair is now peeling/cracking from my door in one section and rust spots/paint bubbles are coming through the paint in another area that was repaired. So I recently brought it back to Barry's to diagnose the issue with the hope that they would repair it under warranty. Barry said the damage was due to the car recently being hit and that the rust spots are a common occurrence for this vehicle. That was odd to me because there are no signs of rust spots on the other side of the vehicle where no repairs were made. There is no evidence to show that the car had been hit, there are no dents or damage just a thin scratch. Barry's says they are all about the customer and being professional that is not the case in my experience.

I contemplated writing a review. I said, self, take a moment to absorb your experience and decide if a review is needed. It's needed. I went to Barry's for auto detailing. I specifically asked for a full and thorough interior and exterior detail. Michelle actually spent time looking inside and suggested against shampooing carpets. I agreed. I'm not sure if she took this as don't touch interior however this was not my intention. I actually removed everything from inside the trunk, glove compartment and interior excited to see it shine. I don't think they even ran a rag inside. Pictures speak louder than words! Lastly, I got a bit of attitude when I asked to see the car prior to paying. I'll laugh this off to Barry needing a little polish on the people. I'll take my experience as a donation to your establishment. Life is too short and there other places to go. On a positive note, the outside looks good. Lesson learned, they are an auto body shop vs. detailing, in my opinion. Enjoy the ride and be kind while you do.

Lady with dark hair in back left corner of the office was very rude and unprofessional, ruined my visit. She yelled at me and refused to provide any assistance. Her behavior was extremely disrespectful. This is unacceptable customer service, and I hope the management addresses this issue.

I brought my modified 2016 BMW M-Performance 2 series here after being harshly rear ended in stop and go traffic. I must say, I was so impressed by the worksmanship and quality of the repairs that this shop did for my car. Not only has Barry erased any damage that was done to the rear end, the end result looks better than before I even purchased this car about a year ago. The staff are all pros here, they know how to deal with insurance companies and have your best interests in mind when they do. Really disgusting experience, Barry claimed a total loss on my 1996 Nissan for a front end collision, not only did I locate the parts needed I delivered them to his shop, half the parts for my car I purchased with my own money, my car was unfinished, was not even painted or blended so $14,020.00 later my car was returned unfinished and different colors, when I kept trying to talk to him I was told to just spray paint the rest of the car myself. As I did not agree he got upset and sent me another bill for $6,000. So over $20k for a 6-8k job and my car was retuned unfinished with plastic zip ties holding up parts. If ever dealing with this place make sure you get Barry to sign everything he tells you as his story kept changing during my experience. Yuriy Kiriyenko
