Long story short - I brought my car here for a second opinion and they serviced my transmission along with another minor repair for less than a quarter of what I would have paid for a new transmission which was what the dealership suggested. Highly recommend this place! Ask for Carl, he could not have been more polite or professional.

Part 1, Ok, guys, I have to say I'm pretty impressed by these guys Gibraltar I recently had work done on my 2014 Cadillac ats4 done at another mechanic the job was not done correctly at all. I was so upset I took my vehicle around town to see if anyone can help me get the job done the right way, now all the places I took it my car to no one could find what was making the noise I was hearing so a good friend of mine said take it to my guy's Gibraltar I've been going there for 20 years and OMG I'm glad I did these guys was on it , they found the issue and showed me it has well so I'll be going back today to drop my baby off so the work could be done Part 2 will be coming guys once the work is done but I have to say I think I just found my new Mechanic. Add on part 2. These guys are awesome. My vehicle runs like new once again, the mechanics are great friendly and are good with details, so people, these are the guys to go to they will definitely take care of you and you will value there service 😀 😊 👍 🙂 I'll definitely go back for any of my vehicles needs.

I am glad and pleased with Gibraltar transmission. They have a good customer service. They are very friendly , accommodative and very concerned about customer’s satisfaction. My vehicle is a jx35 infinity 2013 which they had my transmission remanufactured as brand new. My vehicle is 100% perfect now and I feel like I drive a new car now. It really was a good experience, they tell you everything you need to know before making a decision and spend your money. Absolute migraine of a place to deal with, took longer than first quoted and unless you’re speaking to Carl you can’t trust a single word said. They did do a good job so weigh your options first, if you can wait a lot longer than expected for your car and don’t mind being in the dark the entire time then you’re fine, you’ll get what you asked for eventually, and remember that if Carl didn’t say it then it probably isn’t true or accurate in the slightest
