I went in for 10,000 mile check-up. Had oil change, tire rotation, wheel alignment. Car was taken on time & was completed in 2 hours. All of the service providers were polite & professional. The wait room was clean & stocked with coffee, bottled water, & best of all, a clean bathroom!!! Yes, really!! A shoutout to the Service Manager, Besa Grajqevci known as Wonder Woman. She truly deserves that title. Helpful & knowledgeable. They even offered to provide transportation to a nearby diner & back. Give this woman a raise. She runs a well oiled establishment. I will come back.

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent service experience at your facility. I appreciate the clean waiting room, complimentary drinks, and the convenient free taxi service, which are excellent perks. However, I believe there are areas where the service could be improved. The current system of advisors calling out names from a back office makes it difficult to hear over the television and general noise in the waiting area. It would be much more effective and professional if advisors came out to greet customers directly. Furthermore, I was particularly frustrated by the significant wait time. I waited 40 minutes for my appointment, only for the actual key-handover process to take less than a minute (I had the timer on, 58 seconds to be exact) This felt like a considerable disrespect for my time as a customer.

Very unprofessional car service. I would give this place zero stars if it was an option. Took the car in for an inspection and got the car back with more problems than it had to begin with. They had done unnecessary work on the car that we did NOT ask for which resulted in a VERY expensive bill. We recently had the air conditioning fixed a month ago and when we got the car back, they had done unnecessary work on it for no apparent reason which costed about $200. They replaced the wiper blades which didn’t need to be changed. We brought the car in at 8 AM and got it back around 4:30 PM, so I don’t understand why they spent 9 hours fixing things that didn’t need to be fixed and STILL didn’t do the inspection. The labor cost on the bill was over $400 which was twice as much as the bill for the parts. They also charged us for the 4 wheel alignment which they didn’t do. We called and asked for a supervisor to ask them about the unnecessary maintenance work and why they didn’t perform the inspection and they told us there was no supervisor.

My experience at your service center today was quite frustrating. I had an appointment at 11 AM, and the service ended up taking around three and a half hours, which is far longer than expected. It would be much better if you could let customers know in advance if a service is going to take significantly more time, so they can plan accordingly. Overall, I think your service speed needs improvement, and better communication would really help your customers know what to expect.”

Avoid this place at all costs. Simple jobs take at least 4 hours. I brought in my rav4 for an oil change and inspection. 2 hours into my wait they told me they cant do inspection because of a broken lightbulb. I asked them to only do an oil change. Been waiting for 4 hours for them to finish. P.S. been also waiting for good 20 minutes for valet to bring the car out. The manager ended up coming out and screaming at them. Only then they brought the car. The only good thing about this service center is that it is so bad it cant get any worse. Only way is up from here.

I used to come here for basic maintenance like oil changes, coolant replacement. This time however I decided to replace brake pads in my daughter's Mazda due to significant milage and some error messages on display in hope to be serviced by professionals. Dropping off my car at 9 am I received it only at noon of the next day! Moreover, in 3 days my daughter hardly avoided collision after brake pedal vent down to the floor without resistance and brakes capitulated. She had no choice but to park her car at the closest area to stay off road. Later it was moved back to the shop by tow truck. Spills of brake fluid under rear wheel confirmed negligence in performing of this very basic but highly responsible job. It took them one more week to investigate and finally fix it again but I'm not sure about quality and will stay away from their expensive, slow and dangerous service. P.S. Added one star for their offer to use rented car for this week. One month later I changed my mind and removed this star leaving just ONE and here is why. Turned out, my doubt about quality of their second repair was more than reasonable - screeching sound when car comes to a stop, suspicious clicks anytime brakes applied or extra pedal pressure needed to stop in time - all of this forced me to make choice. Instead of giving them one more chance ( 3rd !) to fix I moved this car to another shop to avoid one more headache. This shop replaced all pads and rotors (ITSC mentioned "resurfaced rear rotors" on last bill - turned out they were rusty and untouched inside -saw it myself) and charged me 70% of what ITSC charged for brake pads replacement alone. Finally, brakes work as supposed to. Yes, lost money with them but returned back my belief in master hands and it's not about ITSC.

Always a fantastic experience. From the customer service, maintenance and available shuttle (Lyft) service. There was a mistake done during my check in where my form went missing, and I wasn't seen until I went up to the desk and asked. The team was very apologetic and when I came to pick up my car later that day, they even gave me a small discount for the inconvenience without me asking. Everyone is very transparent and service runs smoothly. The free car wash at the end is the cherry on top!
