Terry was the person who helped me with my car ! I had an accident and my car was towed to TNS . We had to wait for insurance to approve .. but once we did . Terry made sure I was well taken care of ! He handled my car as if it were his own : attention to detail , made sure I was happy with the work they did , they polished the outside and cleaned inside the car too. I had an accident on New Year’s Eve. GEICO suggested TNS as one of their authorized repair shops. I brought it there, and they took care of it seamlessly everything from the car rental drop off and pick up helping me move my stuff from my car to the car rental the repair was very neat and good. Car looks good brand new as it did before the accident. The shop is clean. The staff is right on time right on schedule and quick and very attentive. Terry was superb. I was so impressed with his work ethics not only dealing with me, but as I was hearing him dealing with other customers, I would definitely bring my car back here again If I ever needed a repair, hopefully I won’t 🙏😊

I got into a minor accident and was contacted by TNS to bring my vehicle there for repairs as they are partners with the insurance carrier I went through. I’m always kind of reluctant when it comes to booking an appointment before reading reviews but they turned out to be amazing. When I got my car back it looked brand new again. Andrew, Jamie, Terry and the entire staff were amazing. They take customer care to another level. Every step of my vehicle being repaired was communicated and the entire process of getting my car fixed was smooth. All of my questions and concerns were addressed.
