Dang near totaled my Subaru. Mark shot me straight. Let me know six weeks, had it inside of a month. Looked BETTER than new. The BRZ had factory scratches all over it - long ones, too. Probably from shipping. The paint matched PERFECTLY, they cut the roof off of the car, put a brand new one on - you CANNOT tell. My father, a lifelong body-guy himself, said whoever did this loves their work and takes pride in it - when clean, it's practically a mirror. I would not only recommend Bethel Auto Body to anyone, but I would tell any Subaru owner simply don't shop around - go straight there. Talk to Mark. He'll give an honest estimate and your car will look, feel and function like it's brand new. I have never been more impressed with body work except at Car shows, and I've been to quite a few - and I can say, only a handful rival the work these guys did to make it look just like new. They kept their word and were fair on pricing and always kept in constant communication with me. Bethel is where you go, guys.

I ended up not taking my van in for Bethel, but I still had a great experience that I felt was worth taking the time to submit a review. I spoke to a fantastic guy named Robert who spent 15-20 minutes on the phone talking to me. I called about my van and a bent frame. Robert was very honest with me and let me know all the details and what would be involved with this kind of repair. He didn’t try to lead me to getting the frame fixed just to get my business. He let me know that he absolutely didn’t mind doing the repair, but he didn’t recommend it due to how old my van is and the high mileage. I truly appreciated his honesty and I will be using Bethel in the future when I need body work done.

Phenomenal experience with a body shop. I was rear ended about a week before Christmas. I took my Nissan Frontier to Bethel Collision, and I was blown away by their commitment to great communication. I worked with Robert. He was spectacular. He called me multiple times keeping me informed on the project. They even went far above and beyond with a very aggravating situation with the rental car company. I highly recommend, and commend Bethel Collision.

I gave this company a 1 because when they were writing up the preliminary estimate, she told me that I'm not going to even finish it because I don't want to waste my time. That's very poor customer service because I took that as I don't have time for you. Yes, I had an older car and yes the estimate was going to be more than it's worth but the least you could do is finish it so I could give it to my insurance. I will never go there ever again!!!

I would give 10 stars if I could. I came in this place and they worked me in after I told them a date another place gave me. Said they would order the parts then, so they would be ready when I dropped my truck off. When the time came I dropped it off and asked how long they think it would take, she said "roughly 2 weeks, unless we find more damage". Well she called back and said there was more. I knew this way going to take longer. After 1 week they called and said it would be ready that following Tuesday and it was ready. The work was done great and I'm still shocked how fast they did the work. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Amazing business

Had my car in shop for total of 6 weeks. Had to take back in due to engine light coming on. Had to take back a third time but to s dealership bc the problem was not fixed. Poor communication on progress of repairs… never called back when asked them too. Poor customer service. Would not recommend!

I had taken my car there before and loved the work, I highly recommend them before. After the Father’s Day store a large branch fell on my car I took it there and was treated horribly and was told they wasn’t going to finish the estimate because it would total the car and not be worth it. I’ve had bad interactions on the phone and in person with multiple people at this place. They just don’t care anymore and it’s sad.

Had my wife's car for about 6 weeks and Robert Hawley was not in communication with us or our insurance about what was going on or taking so long and when asked just said they were waiting on parts every time. We decided to take our car to a different place and when we went to pick it up nothing had been done on the car, they killed a brand new battery so we had to get it towed to the new place. On top of all of that they still charged us $600. Do not take your car here.

Stopped by for a quick estimate after a small accident left a scrape on our truck. The staff had one of the guys to come look at it. He said just a minute. Came back with some acetone and wiped it off! He could have told us to do it - but he did it with a smile! Helped to know what was needed and what was not needed! Definitely will consider them in the future!

bethel has fixed a few of my vehicles. they just recently fixed my truck where a young couple backed into the back door of my truck. the whole experience with them was top notch. from the get go they were very nice, professional, and made me feel like they actually care . the work was the golden standard. I recommend that everyone should call them first, when looking to get top notch work. they are amazing.

This place is excellent. I was greeted professionally upon entering. My service advisor, JJ, was very helpful, he was in contact with me about the details of my parts and the parts that were already in paint, Bethel Collison definitely has the best advisors and technicians for vehicle repairs, my car came out cleaner inside and out, they really went above and beyond when it comes down to business. Don’t go here! Givin a $1200 quote. Went to pick up vehicle and was told I owe $1900. They dropped it to $1650. I’ve had 2 cars here and both have orange peel paint. No good!
