Yesterday morning, I went to Big Brand tire to get a plug and patch on my tire since it had a nail in it. Brian got all my information and told me that they would be able to do it as soon as possible. I didn't have to wait long until Victor took my car and had it fixed in no time. This is my second time here and it's been a good experience both times. They can pull from their warehouses , if need be, to get you the tire you need and they get you in and out relatively quickly. They got me in 4 hours before I was actually scheduled for a 4 tire change. That saved a lot of time . I got the BF Goodrich ATs for my SUV and I love them. They have a third person do a 4 wheel safety check on their own work before they returned the vehicle. I'm appreciated that . 2 cars, 8 tires , Would buy again

Don’t let all the good reviews fool you… We came here to fix one problem, and somehow left with wayyy more problems than we began with. Came to check my car one day because we’ve had issues with it on the road, and all they had to say to us was that it was driving “normal.” Yet they didn’t bother checking anything else such as the tires. A couple days later, a tire blew out on the highway and it could’ve ended more terribly. Yes their service is decent, they are all nice people, but they love to up charge you at any point they can (especially if you seem more vulnerable) so take that with caution. Their prices are also not as competitive as you may think, so shop around before coming here, as their prices are not always as shown online on their OWN website for the same things. Mostly likely never coming back to this location or company again.

The receptionist people were nice and i am happy with the service. We came here for an oil change during a time when they were on sale of 50%. One of the service men also called my husband and showed him something about the car. I think they are well trained and caring towards customers. It took around half an hour for us and there was no wait time. We booked the time slot before coming here.

Great customer care, quick service. Brian was extremely helpful and friendly. Would recommend this location to any of my friends. Edit: I’ve now visited this shop 4-5 times for various work and they have nailed it with their service EVERY TIME! Brian continues to be my go-to guy. I came in today hoping to just schedule an appointment for later to patch my tire. Brian immediately asked me for the keys and said they’d get it done right then. This is a busy shop and yet they excel in quick and reliable service.

We came in today to have a flat tire checked. We first went to Discount Tire, where we were told it couldn’t be repaired and that we needed to buy a new tire for about $300. Since the tire was actually very new, we decided to try this place instead. They were able to fix the tire and didn’t charge us anything! They helped us save a perfectly good tire and a lot of money.
