I recently bought a used vehicle from Toyota and discovered one of the tires had a nail in it. Unfortunately, the dealership didn’t fix the issue, but I took it to Big Brand Tire and the experience was completely different. They repaired the tire quickly, didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, and were incredibly kind and informative throughout the process. Their honesty, professionalism, and genuine customer service really stood out. They’ve earned my trust and my business for life. Highly recommend Big Brand Tire!

Extremely poor customer service from Arnold, the phone representative at Big Brand Tire. My girlfriend called yesterday to order a tire and was told it would be delivered to the shop today at 11:00 AM. When I tried calling to confirm and get an update, getting through to Arnold was nearly impossible. Our calls were repeatedly ignored, and when he did answer, he placed us on hold for 15 minutes at a time with no explanation. When Arnold finally spoke with me, he was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive, which made an already frustrating situation much worse. Basic communication and follow-through were completely lacking. This experience wasted our time and showed a serious lack of respect for customers. I expect better from a business like Big Brand Tire. Management should seriously address how phone calls and customer orders are handled.

Had a 10 out of 10 experience! Was very happy with the straight no bs pricing. I was expecting an upsell once there which thankfully didn’t happen!! Yes, I know that other places could’ve possibly given a better price, BUT, the simple fact that the treatment was superior I will definitely go back. I honestly didn’t have time to stalk other places for prices. The price quoted online was the exact price I payed in store. 9/27 @ Ynez store

I came in because I got tires here a year and a half ago and had a slow leak in one of them. I didn’t have an appointment, but they worked me into the schedule and the guy at the desk was very kind even offered to share his quesadilla with me. Overall was a great experience the only issue I had and this happened as well when I got my tires at it is that they didnt air all the tires to the same PSI. I had to go and air up my own tire afterwards as I didn’t have time to go back

Spoke to Arnold on the phone before going in for an alignment on my vehicle. Upon arrival he took care of me and my car was on a lift right away. He got me a great deal on the service which is greatly appreciated. Friendly customer service as well as knowledgeable. I was in and out in about 30 minutes given it was a bit of a slow morning. I received the most amazing service from Arnold today. We spoke on the phone and he had the tires I needed in stock he got me in and out within a hour. Upon arriving, he asked how my day was, offered coffee and water and showed me where the bathroom was. His customer service was top tier. Arnold wasn’t over bearing, he listened, he was attentive, made sure I and the deal and overall Arnold was a nice person. He communicated everyone 15 min letting me know how time I had left and how much longer it would be for my car to be done. Honestly this is best service I received ever since coming to Big Brand Tires and the service I received today I will always come to this Big Brand Tire location. Visited this Big Brand Tire shop on April 2 25 to have a alignment done and the service was fantastic. The service over there is great, Richard and Jack are the service managers great guys they are very professional, polite and courteous. This shop offers fast service, quality work and is upfront on pricing..I always believe a trusted mechanic that explains the what might be or might not be wrong with your vehicle and provide a solution , then work with you solve the problem is the way to go. I believe this shop has those qualifications with integrity. The other crew members in the service area.. Aaron and Angel are courteous, polite and there to assist you as well. Also while you are waiting for vehicle there is TV and refreshments in the lobby. I would highly recommend this shop. So go and check them out!
