After a terrible experience at another local Big O Location (further North on Power Rd.) my fiancé and I looked for another location with better customer service. We found that and more at this location! Zach, Todd, Gavin and the gentleman working hard to service vehicles in the bays have exceeded our expectations. Time after time we’ve returned for routine maintenance, new tires, and any vehicle related issues that arise. We’re always met with warm greetings, smiles and the occasional funny banter. We love it. Thanks Big O Tire location 4266 for keeping us safe in the road.

I was told I had a screw in my tire and because the inside sidewall was destroyed would need a new tire. I was also told I did not have road hazard coverage, which I knew was incorrect. I took my paperwork to the manager from my service less than a year prior which included road hazard coverage. He said the computer file didn’t show that but he would honor it. Reduced my cost from over $900 to less than $500. Thankful the manager was willing to accept my concrete evidence of coverage.

I think it was Chris and Cameron working when I came in to fix a problem another Big O had caused. These guys were super helpful and communicative! Costumer service is a 10/10 and the mechanics worked hard to set up my tire sensors and got it done after I had been told by a different location there was nothing that could be done. Thank you guys! I will be coming to this Big O from now on.

UPDATE:Liam manager called and Chris would not admit he or they lost them!! told him this whole experience would’ve been OK if first of all somebody would call me back and just admit that they lost him. I’d say they’re sorry but no no call back and now they’re saying that it’s possible that they gave them to me or to my son, no accountability for losing them!! Everyone was very nice, but I know they wanted to do more than necessary. Also at $220hr for labor that’s well over the going rate. And THEY LOST THE KEYS THAT WERE ON MY KEYRING. They were supposed to call me back about locating them, never did. After paying over $4k I would’ve thought I deserved a little bit more respect and attention to what was what was happening.

I went in for a low-pressure light. The service advisor was pretty busy, but he said he would get my car in as soon as possible to determine the issue. He apologized for the wait. For how busy they were, they got my car in the back with a Tech pretty quickly, and shortly after, it was ready to go. Ended up finding two screws in my tire and was able to patch it. It's been a few days, and no issues. The tire is holding up well. I was pleased with the quick service, even tho they were as busy as they were.

I went to Big O Tires to have my brakes checked. They got me in quickly, but that’s the only positive part of the experience. I was told I needed new brakes and rotors for about $1,300, or $1,000 for a cheaper option. The price seemed outrageous, so I left and bought new parts myself for under $300. After checking the brakes, I found they were nearly new. My father-in-law confirmed they were replaced about six months ago, and my neighbor, a retired mechanic, verified the pads and rotors were fine—just dirty. It appears Big O Tires was trying to sell me completely unnecessary work. In my opinion, this is dishonest and predatory behavior. I will not be returning and would strongly warn others to be very cautious about bringing their vehicles here. Did a thorough brake cleaning and the noise went away.

Not a good experience - scheduled an appointment for 4:30 to have a tire leak repaired. Received a confirmation email for the appointment saying all was good. Showed up at 4:15 and was told they would need to keep it overnight. Said they had 4 cars in front of us. Not sure why we went through the work to book an appointment if they allow walk-ins to push you to the next day. Liam was friendly, but absolutely will not be back.

Not just one, but two nails in my tires within 3 hours of driving last night! 🙈 Thank goodness Big O Tires is open on Sundays. Donny & Jamin were absolute lifesavers. I waited for them to open, and they helped me right away—Donny patched my tire with a smile while Jamin explained everything with such great energy and professionalism. I’m so relieved it’s fixed! Highly recommend these guys… they ROCK! 🙌

Decided to put new rubber on my 5th wheel so I contacted Big O. Liam sent me screen shots of the accessways into the store lot even highlighting the best route to bring the coach in. He walked me through my options and offered a great deal. His crew had the new tires on before I had finished my breakfast at iHop accross the street. Great service, great price, happy customer.

My family has been bringing all of our vehicles to this specific Big O for over 10 years now and we always receive exemplary service for all of our tire needs. The staff is friendly and often recognize my dad’s vehicle when bringing it in which is convenient for service. My dad recently brought his new truck in for a tire repair due to a nail first thing in the morning on Monday 11/24 and it was able to be done quickly so my mom was able to drive into work for the day. Huge thanks for always being consistent and helpful with our vehicles!

I went to this location because of a recommendation from a friend. Liam at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. They were able to get me in immediately, and the diagnosis only took about an hour. They took photos of everything, sent it to my phone and broke down the cost of everything. They quoted me almost a grand less than the dealership. I decided to get everything fixed on my car (new tires, new brakes, new coolant reservoir, hose, etc). They offer two separate payment options for financing: their credit card or a loan through a company they partner with, which offers you 90 day no interest if paid in full, only requires a checking account. I chose the latter and it was such a fast experience. They recommended I go next door to shop at the thrift store while I waited, and I honestly got lost over there. Great way to waste time while you’re waiting on your vehicle. Nate, one of the mechanics, worked on my car and was so efficient and took great care of it. I highly recommend this location for any of your car needs. They’ll treat you well, they’re honest and hard workers.

I’ve been coming to Big O for my car repairs and maintenance for the past two years, and I can honestly say I’ve always been extremely satisfied with both the quality of work and the customer care. The team is professional, honest, and consistently willing to work with my needs and circumstances. I specifically continue to work with Liam, who I originally met at another location and intentionally followed when he moved stores. His honesty, communication, and genuine willingness to take care of his customers are rare to find. Now that he’s the manager at this location, it’s clear why — he truly goes above and beyond. I’m very grateful to have found a shop I trust and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and respectful service.
