My college kiddo hit a curb and bent her rim.. I had a feeling her tire was fine, and she just needed a rim. They told her she also needed a new tire. I made her go get a second opinion at 2 different places mostly to compare prices and BOTH said her tire was perfectly fine. Just needed the new rim. 3 stars because although in my opinion, and other professionals' opinions, she did not need a $130 tire.. the customer service was good.

I honestly wish I can get 10 stars they where great went for new tires and knew I need new bearings, was able to add that on with no hassle was in and out got my car back in better shape then ever I would recommend this place to all my friends and family, I will be back if I ever need more work done,the costumer service was above and beyond with the free coffee, and the charger they let me use to charge my phone the environment was professional and friendly. As always Big O Tires over delivers! I noticed a slash on the side of one of my tires and went right in. Not only did they replace my tire, (It was in stock) they took my car in and had the tire replaced within ten minutes and I was back on the road!! They understand the true meaning of customer service. They are always polite and always do their best to be as efficient as possible, even though they already had other cars up on the racks. I couldn't be happier and their pricing is always affordable. Anytime I ever have any issue with my vehicle, they have always taken care of it and I am so thankful for them because peace of mind is important to me! I will never go anywhere else moving forward. 🙂

Called in the morning to ask how long patching my flat would be, Cory told me to come in then and they'd take a look. The desk guy wasn't Cory but he took a look at my tire and up front told me the cost ($29.99) and said the nail was on the edge so they might not be able to patch it but he'd ask. They patched it up, put it back on and put my donut back in the trunk all in thirty minutes. Definitely will go to again!

The manager Corey was extremely helpful, we are homeless and just got a car and when it broke down in front of them they did their best to help us. They gave us a great deal on a battery and gave us some info on our car and amazing advice. He has a positive welcoming attitude and really made things less stressful. Fantastic Service!! Came in due to a road hazard warranty claim on a Saturday.
