My experience with this tire shop has been absolutely amazing every time. I had recently bought a pair of tires from them about 6 months ago and they have served me well. I recently found that I had a leak in one of these tires due to a screw being lodged in the tread. I was in panic mode because I was heading up to the mountains to snowboard but they took care of me impeccably. The whole process, from walking in to walking out with my tire completely fixed took less than 20 minutes. And they didn’t even charge me for the plug. This business really knows how to treat their customers, I will continue to get all my tire needs through Big O. Special shout out to SCOTT. Thanks for all your help!

they had a great deal on tires and that’s the only good thing to come out of this visit. they made it sound like my car was going to break down this week if i didnt pay them $2600 for an entirely new suspension system. they let me drive it off the lot (which is why i knew it couldnt be that bad, otherwise theyd force me to tow it in fear of liability.) of course i got my car checked by a couple other shops and they both said i only have a leaking strut, not the entire suspension system. this is typical of big brands, to exaggerate things. i understand that, im not even that upset about it,, HOWEVER !! they somehow MISSED a SIGNIFICANT ENGINE OIL LEAK even though they had my car suspended in the air. to over exaggerate the condition of my suspension and then not even notice the leak (when the “inspection” is included) is just lazy work.

Overall pretty bad customer service specifically from Scott. For example couldn’t even look me in the eye once. Stood at the counter while three workers seemed like they didn’t even notice me lol. All done and ready and they don’t say anything to me, they just hand me my keys and if it helps to mention another customer in the store was being treated with utmost respect and high class customer service being told everything she needed to know, and guided out the store to her car. I do know everything is ready to go but cmon at least talk to me like a person. I can understand not everyone cares about this but I rate accordingly. Scott needs to smile more. Skill issue gg….

My family has been coming to this Big O for years and have always had really good experiences, but today was the best experience I’ve had. I brought my car in and had my baby with me and Jesse and Scott made the experience so easy and stress free. Scott did a fantastic job of explaining to me what was wrong with my car and broke down everything for me and while I was waiting both Jesse and Scott stopped my my seat to make my daughter smile. If your tires aren’t new DO NOT get them serviced here. They do not report the service(s) they perform to CARFAX!! They will do their best to tell you they cannot service your tires until you buy something from them. They told me they couldn’t rotate my tires because they were not new. (6 months old all terrain K2s). $85 for an oil change too…

I’m extremely disappointed with Big O Tires. Two weeks ago, I went there just to get new tires, and the employee told me my suspension was “worn” and that the “driver rear is leaking.” He recommended replacing my shocks and struts for $2,478.24, and said the total with tires would be $3,191.13 out the door. This sounded suspicious since my car only has 59,000 miles and has always been well maintained. I decided to get a second opinion. I took my car to JC Repair last Friday, and they confirmed there were no suspension issues at all. I also brought my car to another shop for verification, and they said the same thing — no problems whatsoever. It’s clear Big O Tires tried to pressure me into paying for fraudulent and unnecessary repairs. As a deaf woman, I felt taken advantage of and disrespected. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and have always bought my tires here, but after this experience, I will never come back. Be careful — always get a second opinion before agreeing to expensive repairs. This kind of dishonest upselling damages trust and takes advantage of good customers.

I trust Big O and especially Scott after I had a 120,000 mile service that needed to be done and he was honest that the dealer has a special that they couldn't beat. Plus they were the specialists on Toyota, so i took my Tundra there. I got a lift and some tires from my in-laws and we had Big O do it and it can out great. A little while later my truck had what sounded like severe tire noise a d the dealer tried to blame my off road tires. This was a weird problem and my truck never did it before and it had those tires for a few months. I got nowhere with the dealer finally Scott said to bring it to him and drop it and and he chased the problem to a bad pinion gear, a drive shaft balance issue and it fixed it. I brought it in a while after and Scott found a bad rack and pinion and we replaced it, plus upgraded to some urethane bushings. People say my 2000 Tundra drives as good or better than their newer trucks! Needless to say they earned a customer for life! I'm here today with a $44k computer on wheels and I still trust it to Scott and the team at Austin Bluffs Big O. Thanks! Charles

I have always had really great experiences at Big O Tires. This location was no exception. I was vacationing in Colorado for Thanksgiving. The last night that I was at the hotel, I noticed that I had a headlight bulb that was burned out. I looked up a Big O Tires that was on the way back to Texas. The Austin Bluffs location was on my way and had really great reviews. I am very happy that I stumbled upon this location and stopped there. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional especially Jesse, Brandon and Rob who were working at the front desk that day. They carefully listened to what I needed. Once I was comfortable with the repair, they started right away. The price for the repair was very good and the repair was completed quickly. They were able to get me right back on the road.
