This Store is managed and ran by a Professional! Very decent Human being, I happen to come across. His name is James Elliott. I was visiting Pueblo and before leaving back home my car started to make loud and weird screeching noise. I got scared, as I knew something is very off and I have no clue what to do. So I found myself being stuck with my family with no other vehicle to transport us all back home and not knowing anyone in Pueblo doesn’t make it easier. I managed to drive my car down to the shop (luckily i was two lights away) and I ran inside to ask if someone could even help, check the car and see if this is something fixable in a short amount of time so I can go back home safely. I was keeping my fingers crossed it wasn’t the engine. A person came out while I was explaining the situation to the front desk, he greeted me , listened and went outside to check my car and see what could be a problem. He grabbed one of his team members and instructed him to get my car to the back of the shop and inspect it asap, they all quickly figured the problem (mind you they already had other vehicles to work on) and I was told about the issue, shown and explained where, what and why and that my car will be repaired in roughly 2-3 days as it was Friday. I was reassured that everything will be alright, I am in good hands, the engine is fine. Just need some parts to order and worked on it. We were also offered help to get us all back home as we didn’t have anyone to get us back home. It was getting late. To keep the story short: To my surprise!!!!! My car was fixed the very next Day!! Yes. The Next day- Saturday. I got a call from the Manager, Mr. Elliott and was told it is all done and I can come pick it up!!! He also cared to ask if I have anyone to get me there? Imagine that!! Wow! This is what I call -truly decent and honest human being, who doesn’t just care about the Job he does, but he also cares about his customers and their safety! I have been in many shops across the country, but this was very rare and unique experience I had. Will I drive all the way to Pueblo to bring my car for future services? Absolutely yes! Will i trust my vehicle to this shop if something happens ? Absolutely yes! Will I recommend my friends and neighbors about this specific place? Absolutely yes!

Noticed I had a sharp metal object in my tire as I was headed home from a 13 hr night shift. This Big O Tires was right off the nearest exit. They get me right in, didn’t try to upsell or overcharge me, did a great job (hubby took it to another tire place later to have it checked), and all the workers were super nice and professional. Kudos to the fellow who seemed to be in charge that day especially. They got quite busy after I arrived and I overheard him directing staff and assisting customers- very friendly, quick, and on top of things.

Showed up without an appointment, needing a lot of work done. They took care of everything, very well priced. The three service writers on duty all very pleasant and professional and mechanics too. Ken even provided me with a phone charger because my phone was at 1%. Also in the past they have fixed flats for me for free. Very excellent service. Thank you.

I have never had such a good customer service experience with my vehicle at any other shop. My tire experience has been painless, even through apparent employment shortages everywhere. Geoff and the team are super knowledgeable, and made sure my wheels were taken care of for my specific needs. They were able to fix a nasty wobble that another shop could not. Boys in the back are extremely polite. 10/10 will be back to this shop for all my alignments and future sets.

Dishonest and dangerous. They sent me home with ALL my wheels LOOSE. I immediately returned after their service because my wheels felt shaky. They swore they didn't touch my wheels (free tire rotation was offered). They claimed it must be a brake problem, but said they didn't touch my brakes either. Several screws were missing on rim caps and rims were scratched. I drove to another tire shop and they tightened all my wheels for me. The man who said he was the manager at big o was rude and aggressive. He offered to show video to prove they did not mess with my tires, but then refused to show actual video.

I had gone to several places to get my tire fixed, everyone was booked or I had to have an appointment which they did not have for several days!! James Elliott at Big O Tires said they also were booked but said he would work me in a couple hours later. Great! A couple hours later I came back and Jason Jaquez was very helpful and happy to fix my tire. They were apologetic as they were working me in but my wait was only 30 min. I will be coming back when I need work done. The fact they were willing to help and not tell me to make an appointment showed they cared, also made sure I was happy. Great Job!!

Brought my new Subaru in to get new tires, after going to get a safety inspection at Midas two days later, they showed me that my left front tire had all but one lug nut tight they had all been free spinning! Then prior to finding this out I had taken my son in with his used jeep that I had just bought him and got him new tires. They asked to throw in an alignment and so I said yes. They did the alignment, the tech said alignment was great! So we drove home only for it to still be pulling and so we took it back in. Then they tell me the alignment should have never been done because the drag link bar was bad, i asked why they told me alignment was good then? No good answer, but they messed around with the bar so much they caused knocking in steering that wasn’t there before! Then Jim the manager decided to replace the drag link bar and it took a month to get in, then he received it and on the day of install noticed that they sent him the wrong size bar! So they are terrible with verification of their orders or their work! Delayed install a few hours and then fixed. Now sons Jeep cant make a u-turn without tires grinding! No one there knows what they are doing all the techs look like young un experienced techs! They will tell you something is done properly only to have it not working properly. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARs if i could! So all I can say is STEER CLEAR of this place if you dont want more problems to arise! They refused to fix what they caused after the drag link bar was replaced and caused different problem. UPDATE TO REVIEWS as of 8/18/25 after meeting with one of the owners Brian, they seemed to have done some house cleaning between now and my original review! He made the situation right so I changed to a 3 star instead of 1 . We all deserve a second chance and by him trying to right a wrong and looking as he is trying to better the store I changed review. Will see what service I get next looking forward not backward.

Came to big o from discount to avoid problems I was having with financing, got new tires through big o and was told I could pay it off within 12 months, after checking my app it only gave me 6 months, big o’s promotion says purchases over $1,200, I spent $1,180, was never told I didn’t qualify the only thing in the store was a small sign behind the desk, was provided little to no help or options on what to do, now I’m forced to live frugally for the next 6 months due to someone not doing their job, how can this be a corporation but not have any control over how their customers are treated?

I had new shocks put on my truck and after they test drove they signed it off as good. From the time I left, it just seemed too bouncy but I've never had new shocks so I figured it would calm down. Well it didn't. So I took it to my mechanic and Big o had installed the shocks upside down which is why they were dangerously bouncing. Never going back there

Told us straight up what was wrong and no "you could replace this and etc." and even though my husband's truck had a lot of problems they weren't trying to push us to get everything just suggesting safety items like the brakes. We were there for 6 hours and even offered to take us back home since we were just 5 mins away at the start. Was very apologetic at how long it took. And gave us some places we could go to get other things tested at. Update: 1Sep25 We have had more issues and ended up having to go to Firestone mid cross country trip. Due to my husband's truck has mileage going way down and it turns out it was the spark plugs never bring replaced. We're currently dealing with the brake pad having loosened and now grinding against the wheel well. Making braking really sketchy and probably not super safe. Customer service their was still really great but, the mechanics that worked on our truck so far has been shit.

Requested an appointment for wheel rotation, pressure check, balance check, oil change. I provided oil and filter. I had to double check the amount of oil they were using because they mentioned an incorrect amount of oil during discussion. That was resolved during my appointment. Tire pressures are different for the front and rear tires on my vehicle, but the pressures were reversed, meaning pressure was not checked after wheel rotation was completed. I asked if the other items were being completed and they said yes. However, it turns out that one of my tires was coming apart internally, was incredibly off balance, and the rubber pieces on the inside were audible when moving the wheel around. I only found this out a week later when taking it to a different shop. So not only did they not do the work, but they allowed an unsafe tire to go unnoticed. I believe in this case, it was due to a 'new' technician working on my vehicle, as the customer facing employees made reference to their low experience with it. I will not recommend that anyone take their car here unless they monitor that the work is completed as requested.

I went to discount tire to get a leak fixed. They told me they couldn't fix it because I put in a temporary plug. Wanted to charge me for 4 new tires 🙄. I called Big O Tire. They got me in immediately. Fixed the flat for free. Very upfront and honest experience. They didn't try and oversell me. I love it! Keep up the great work!

Amazing Customer Service, Thanks JOSHUA!!! I had called in reference to getting tires on our older model SURBURBAN.. We arrived at 4:15pm and Joshua was ready to help. He went out of his way to answer all my concerns about the different warranties on the tires sold and he explained the Roadside warranty too(which is a MUST with any tire purchase). He was quick with getting me all this info and quick with the transaction.. if only my phone wasn't giving me troubles, may have helped him go even quicker than he already was. The guys in the back did just as I requested, they were prompt and dialed in.. Thanks a bunch for your quick efforts.. You all ROCK!! This store was Exceptionally CLEAN (I used the restroom when I arrived).. WOW!! Great Job Big O Tires.. Thanks Joshua for another GREAT BIG O EXPERANCE!!
