Needed a slow leak repaired. They got me right in even though it was very busy. Nail through the sidewall meant I needed a new tire but tire was under warranty, so it only cost me $45. Great for tire that was $250.

Twice I have been told by Big O that my tires required immediate replacement and that the technician could feel the belts on the inside of the tire. They wanted me to replace them on the spot. Both times I took them elsewhere to be checked and was told they have several months left and that the belts were not showing. I verified this myself while the tire was off. Get a second opinion if you hear this line. I have taken SO many cars there over the years. I can’t trust them anymore.

Service was fairly quick, even though there were quite a few people in line ahead of me. They didn't have the tires I was really hoping to get. (The BIG-O brand neato tires) So I kinda felt like I had to settle on some tires I really don't like and aren't going to do as well in snow and ice. Since I drive 74 miles a day in all weather conditions for work, I was kinda disappointed about that. Now I'm stuck with these tires for the next two years because my alignment was off so badly I couldn't drive the next week with it like that. However, the gentleman at the front desk did give me a nice discount on top of my federal discount. So it kinda evened out at the end. Meh. I'll still be back in a couple of years. Hopefully next time I can get the brand of tires I came for. If not, I'll be going elsewhere.

I had driven up from out of state for the holiday's and my car started overheating. It was 2 days before xmas and I had tried several other shops and they wouldnt even be able to get me in within the week. Big O got us right in, found the issue and didn't try and overcharge me! I was so pleased with their customer service and how efficient they were, without trying to upsell me or take advantage of the situation by throwing in extra charges knowing I literally had no choice but to pay.

If you value your nice car please don’t take it here. My car which i say is nice but in reality a POS they couldn’t take care of. The alignment was perfect they did great… But the tech who worked on my car James Charray, ran my car INTO a curb causing the front bumper to get scuffed and fall off right there at the store before i could even see it. Meaning they saw it, heard it, and left it for me. The manager gave me a refund on the alignment and apologized sincerely but i feel as if people should be warned before bringing their lowered/nice cars here. EDIT: If I could add a picture I would… it’s brutal.

Replaced two front tires and nice lobby kinda small for the market here but was full of customers so I’m gonna say that is a good thing. Took 1.5 hrs or so to get the tires replaced so I pay go out to check my new purchase and find out they put the wrong tires on. Went back in to talk to salesman and he got correct tires pulled and got them changed out quickly. I said thanks and he apologized than went back out and started truck to find out they did not reset the tire sensors after swapping them to new tires…. I talked to sakes man and he came out to apologize again and reset them for me than I was on my way.

The team was able to fix a grinding noise coming from my brakes free of charge. It was a simple fix but I appreciate it still. The oil change and 14 lug nut replacement was way cheaper (and a better experience) than it would have been at the dealership so I’ll be using Big O’ from now on.

Took my vehicle too big O about 4 weeks ago to get my brakes serviced not only did they only just do the front 2 brakes they failed to tell me the rear brakes were going to need to be replaced soon. I was also charged nearly $1200. I usually go to Padron but it was the weekend, I have children and needed to get the repair done quickly. Staff was dismissive and seemed like they did not want to interact with me at all. Now here I am, a struggling parent having to come out of pocket again instead of them offering to service all 4 brakes when I initially dropped off my vehicle. Thanks Big O, fantastic job!

Finally was able to make my first payment after all of it, but was warned I might have to go through it all over again on my next one. Hopefully this is not the case when it comes around again.

Had my appointment at 8 am they were able to take me right when I got there at 7:58. I no sooner sat down after getting my complementary coffee and Kyle called my name. Said everything looks good went over all that was done and what is recommended for next time so I would be aware! I was blown away by that! He asked if I had any questions? I stated no and I checked out. Less than 2 mins later, my truck was pulled around and by 8:20 I was on the road back home!! Great service! Just bought new tires from Kyle the weekend before and they did the alignment and the whole deal! It makes it easy when all my needs are meet in one location! Would highly recommend. I was recommended to go here from someone. I have a mint 2002 bmw 325ci, and I'm pretty careful about where I take it. This past weekend, I did a full suspension rebuild and wheel bearing/hub upgrade and needed an alignment quickly, as well as new tires. I called Monday morning, and Jim helped me out. He matched a competitor's price on the tire I wanted, and frankly that sold me. He had the tires in by the afternoon, and by mid-afternoon my alignment was done and the tires were on. Absolutely fantastic. The service while I was there was hospitable and the experience was painless. However, while I was driving home, I got on the highway and at 65 mph my steering wheel had a death wobble. I took it back to make it before they closed, and within 10 minutes they found a hubcentric plastic ring wasn't on there. They got me squared away, and I was on the road again. Owned up to their mistake, and I appreciated how quickly they looked at it. I'd recommend this location to anyone.
