You all told my senior citizen Mother her 2 tires, that she has a warranty on, are bad on the inside on both of the front tires. When my Mother talked to management about this, she was told it was because she didn't have them align it and she is the one who needs to tell them to do an alignment. Ya'll upsell and cheat everyone out of their hard earned money and then expect her to tell you how to do your job. Aren't you supposed to upsell an alignment with new tires? Pay attention people, this company isn't doing their jobs and letting you drive off that way. Ya'll did this dirty crap, without knowing there are multiple people around her that work on cars, that she immediately had climb under her car and measure her tread depth. She was told her tires are just fine. She also spoke with her car dealership on this. Really, you think it's ok to rip off senior citizens? Disgusting and anyone at Big O who supports this shady behavior, may you have all the days you deserve. She only stayed with the company out of loyalty to someone that used to work there, but $700 is a lot of money to attempt to rip off seniors and we're done with this shady shiz at Big O. We are also going to also be reporting this to the Utah Department Of Consumer Affairs.
