I am very happy about my whole experience at Big T tire. They have the cleanest garage and waiting area I have ever seen. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and Honest. When going to any automotive place you worry if your going to be overcharged, but not here! I can honestly say it was the most positive experience I ever had with any vehicle Maintenance. I highly recommend Them.

I just wanted to say thank you to the mechanic who treated me with kindness, was affordable in a time when price gouging is high. As a woman it’s hard to get respect from mechanics; however, I felt very comfortable with how things were explained to me. God bless you and have a wonderful Christmas. First and only place to figure out what was wrong with vehicle, wasn't throwing any computer codes, but they got under truck and visually looked and saw the starter was going bad.

SHOULD BE BIG T LIARS I don't know who hacked me to leave a 5 star review. I would give zero stars if I could. The inept mechanic that tried to align my truck screwed it up the first time because he couldn't get a bolt tight that caused the shims to fall and make the vehicle unsafe to drive. When I returned to get it fixed the manager or whoever worked behind the counter told me multiple lies to try to get out of fixing their mistake. I was a pro mechanic for years and called him out on every lie. He made me pay $60 more because the shims needed were t in stock. This was another obvious lie, but I wanted to make my truck drivable again. A month or so later, all the shims fell out and one of four bolts that holds the upper control arms to the frame broke. This was the bolt holding the shims that fell out the first time. The bolt should have been replaced. I was fortunate this happened when I was slowly going around a corner,big it would have happened at a higher speed, I probably wouldn't be here to give a review. I called to complain and get It fixed again, and the liar behind the counter threatened to call the police if I came in the next day. Don't bring your vehicle to them for repair if you value your life!

2021 update:I was back again this time for a tire repair. They had me in and out in an hour (they had another car in the lift so I had a short wait). I will forever use this shop so long as I’m in Central Florida. I had no issues with them repairing my new tires on my Tesla. Got a nasty puncture from some new construction and they hooked me up. So glad I didn’t need to get a new tire! If you are ever in the fence about this place, just know they do the best work in town and always look after their customers. 4 cars now and every single time I’ve had great experiences with them! Update: just went back to get something fixed on a new car exhaust and they had me out within 45 minutes. No fuss, no appointment needed. I’m a customer for life! I've taken my last 3 cars to these guys and they always do a brilliant job. Every shop in Sanford told me they couldn't install my mufflers the same day except Big T. I called and 4 hours later I drove off with my car sounding like a beast. They also have the best rates from my experience. The manager is friendly and extremely helpful. He even gave me a referral to get my door chips fixed from a friend of his whose taken care of his cars for 20 years. Hands down best shop in Central Florida. Best customer service without a doubt!
