We had a flat tire and this was the shop open the latest. We really needed to have our tire replaced right away because we needed to get to work. I called to confirm their hours and that they had my tire in stock. 10 minutes later I got a text message stating they were closing early and we would have to come the next day. He was so nice on the phone but obviously not very professional. Thankfully we weren’t already on the way. We will go somewhere else for our tire.

Bad business. A few months ago I went here to get used tires put on and the employee that put my car on the lift forgot to put blocks behind my tires to hold it in place. I had to come back because my car was making new noises and they weren’t apologetic and instead the employee just kicked my muffler back into place and said problem solved. About 2-3 months ago I went back for new tires once again because I work a lot with my vehicle and ever since then I’ve been having air pressure issues with the tires provided to me by this shop. I finally gave in and got them checked today just to find out the owner sold me tires from 2017 when we are in 2024 SMH wouldn’t recommend this shop. Will never be returning ever again

must say only go here round tax time because according to mr williams he only take tax money because he can get more then because people get they tax money amd want cars so they will pay what ever. it dont matter i had money and im in actual need of car to get to and from a very important appointment that is important in trying to save my leg he did not care he just wanted tax money his exact words no tax money no car it dont matter if its you good hard money from working no just tax money it spends more

Mr. Williams gave me several options for tires and was very honest with me about performance and pricing. Tires were affordable for my Mercedes Benz and the he was very accommodating. Tires arrived from warehouse in 2hrs and he was able to install them same day when I got off work. Him being open until 7pm is so convenient for those who get off work at 5:30-6pm like me. I recommend you call him before purchasing elsewhere!!
