This shop was recommended by my insurance company so I was a little skeptical at first but they ended up being an outstanding repair shop. I have a rare high end car so I wanted the best. They kept me in the loop on the repairs from day one and showed confidence in their ability to fix the car and get it back on the road like New. Their communication was great and got the repair done before the initial estimate. They also handled the car rental so I could take my car when it was finished and not worry about anything else. I picked them because they were on the insurance company list. My car got delayed because THEY refused to put two parts on the car that THEY considered unacceptable and not satisfactory to repair my car. Tommy, my estimator kept me informed through the whole process. I was aware of any issues. I never had to “wonder” what the status of my vehicle was. I felt like I had an advocate with this company.
