Let me start off by saying I’m glad I did my research and chose Caliber Collision of Sanford. From the first conversation with Dominique to coordinate the tow all the way until the keys were delivered it was first class. She was so comforting and knowledgeable and kept me up to date continuously. Just an all around great person to work with. I can honestly say my truck looks just as good if not better than from the factory. Their techs and painters should be working for the factory. I will always use this shop in the future.

Caliber Collision is hands down the best repair shop in Central Florida that you could go too for repairs. Madeline was my advisor and she was absolutely amazing. I never had to worry about any concerns because she kept me informed every step of the way. When I got my car back I was so thrilled to see how well the appearance was. It’s as if it never happened! Madeline even checked my rental in for me so I didn’t have the stress of taking it back to the rental company. I cannot recommend Caliber enough. They were truly a god sent, and I’m forever grateful that my car was sent to them for repairs. Thank you Caliber and thank you Madeline for such a pleasant experience!

Horrible experience Ethan and Ralph are misleading and fed me lies the whole 2 months my car was in their shop! I had a spare tire stolen from my truck and I had to order and install my own emblem that Ethan said was back ordered. I received the part in s days. Don’t believe anything these guys tell you run away from this shop please heed my warning. My hood doesn’t work and panels are missing from my car!

Such a great experience! As much as it stinks to get an accident Dominique went out of her way to make everything go smoothly. She was much more informative than my insurance company. Mr. Rob, the service advisor was extraordinary as he was kind and helped me by not only handling the repair process of my vehicle but also by fixing a small part of my vehicle not covered by insurance. I brought my mom’s car here. They had her car for a month, for a small job. Did not communicate, we had to call back multiple times to get updates. Then after a month we get the car back and the work looked rushed. We brought it back up to explain our concerns and was told our insurance (Geico)approved the cheap material and that’s why it didn’t look as expected. Which doesn’t make sense because they send the bill to the insurance after they quote what’s needed. Plus the repairs were close to $5000 and I have had bigger jobs done at Gerber for less. The representative stated it has a warranty so you can always bring it back. A month later I’m looking at my paint chip on my bumper like they used cheap paint. I usually take my car to Gerber collusion due to there prices are affordable and their work is near perfect. Do not go here, I’m telling you they are fancy on the outside but they do cheap work. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had a few months to ponder on this concern and everyday I walk outside and look the bumper I get more frustrated.

Even if you pay for premium insurance that requires new OEM parts to be used this shop will use cheap aftermarket parts that fit like garbage. They will also glue parts back onto your car that should be held on with fasteners. Seems like insurance fraud to me.
