On 09/27/2025 I purchase a set of Bridgestone tires for a average total cost of 1200, the service was fast, price fair but the conditions of the tires were unacceptable, they were really dirty, I have spent several weeks trying to get them clean but nothing worked. This product should not have pass the final inspection. Sadly I will bring my business some place else. That was the only Firestone in my area with good service. Not anymore

There is an older mechanic who lost my keys when I took my car in for an oil change. His name is Bob. He hates the iPad, allegedly does not like one of the managers. He does not like working at Firestone as reported to me by 3 employees. The only reason they reported this to me is that I had an appointment for a 5:30 PM oil change. The mechanic did not even notice my car up on the board for 15 minutes, and there were 3 bays open. I live in downtown Sanford but work 45 minutes away. The fellows told me it would talk a 30-min job an hour, maybe more because he can’t work the iPad and just generally does everything slow. I am NOT happy. I cancelled the appointment that night because of my early morning commute to work early the next day. This has to change. I’ve been coming to this Sanford, FL Firestone over 20 years. This is the most inefficient service I’ve experienced. Do NOT put an old man with no technical experience as the only mechanic closing down for a week night and NOT as a mechanic on duty who cannot do anything but simple oil changes on government worker’s day off.

Gross negligence endangered our lives! I took my jeep to Firestone to replace my two front tires. Firestone forgot to tighten the lugs and the tire flew off while my wife was driving my kids to school! Firestone did pay for the repairs but I was unable to get a call back from Seth in their claims department regarding expenses I incurred while my jeep was in the shop for almost 3 weeks. I received numerous customer survey requests during this time and even though I expressed my frustration with the lack of communication I never received a response to multiple 1 star surveys. Customer service at its absolute worst! My jeep has damage reporting on my vin, we are still having issues as a result of the crash, and I’m out of pocket on numerous expenses due to their lack of professionalism and complete disregard for the customer experience.

I set an appointment for 10 AM. I was told that the service would take 3 hours. I had to make several arrangements for someone to pick me up and drop me back off after the service because the disabled person I care for would not be able to wait on site. At 1 PM I called and they told me another 3 hours. They could have made a courtesy call to let me know because my friend who was helping me also had to arrange her day according to the time given. It was a mess and I am extremely disappointed and angry. Apologies are great but the whole situation was unnecessary if there was more respect for the clients
