I got here ten minutes before they closed to see if they could check out a leak in my tire and felt like such a jerk! Still, they told me they would get me taken care of. The staff has always been great and friendly and we’ve came here for years. Them squeezing me in when I’m sure they’re ready to go home is MUCH appreciated! Excellent customer service!!!

I brought my car in here after my back end was starting to do a shimmy any time going over 45 mph. Ron greeted me and immediately took what I said seriously and did not make me feel like an idiot for my limited car knowledge. They replaced both my back tires as well as did a much needed alignment. Ron was transparent the entire time about pricing, and I wasn’t blindsided at any point about surprise costs or fees. As I was driving away, the shimmy started again. I had to bring my car back 2 separate times in 2 days due to issues they didn’t even know about/cause. Each time they were kind and did not get frustrated at me once during this (a bolt was loose on each of my rear control arms, hence the shimmy). They were incredible to work with and did everything they could to make me feel less stressed about my car. They were adamant about me having a good, working car. My car is perfectly running now and if I ever need any work done like this again, I would happily go back to them. Thank you again!

Bill Day Tire replaced my rear electronic brake pads for a much better price than anyone in town. They were friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to do business with.

I discovered I had a leak in my left front tire and stopped by Bill Day's Tire Center on Broadway today without an appointment. I've used them before and have always appreciated the great service and courtesy I'm shown by the men at the front desk. Today was no exception - in and out in 15 minutes - and no charge to fix my tire! WOW! Highly recommend.

Last Friday I bought 4 new tires, paid for an alignment then I got a call from the store Manager Ron saying I needed a new tire rod?? After picking my car up it was pulling to the right. I had to steer left for it to go straight. I called Bill Day Tire and they told me to bring it back Monday which I did. After work I went to pick it up, and when I left the car was still pulling to the right. I immediately went back and the manager Ron took my car for a drive. When he came back he said that was normal all cars steer to the right. I left unsure of what to do so I called a few tire shops and they said that my car should not do that. On Tuesday I brought it to Mavis Tire and they showed me pictures that my alignment was way off. They printed the before and after picture which they fixed and advised me to take them to Bill Day auto . I called Bill Day auto and left a message for Rons manager but he never called. Coincidentally Ron called me back and said I heard your car is still driving to the right. Which I said yes and that he was the one who told me that. Yesterday I brought the alignment from Mavis and was issued a refund from Bill Day Tire . Bill Day tried to keep my paperwork from Mavis and told me their collaborations must be off. Really ?? Was I being scammed? Did I really need the $600 tire rod/extra labor?

Very very satisfied with my service at Bill Day on Broadway! 😁 Ron was super helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns about my tires, test drove it even to confirm what I was experiencing! I appreciate that Bill Day Tire did me right and I will be a lifetime customer thanks to Ron and his friendly staff! Had previously taken my new car to a different tire shop in town, TWICE, only to find out the previous tire shop didn’t balance or turn my tires when I had paid the previous shop for lifetime balancing on these tires. Very very happy with Ron’s service and I give two thumbs wayyyy up to this shop!! 👍🏻👍🏻

After driving around town and talking to several tire shops. Bill Day Tire Center was the only tire shop willing to patch my tire. Thank you for taking good care of me and saving me from having to buy a new tire. 👍👍

The gentleman running the front is AMAZING. As a younger woman, going to any kind of mechanic shop is always intimidating. He spoke to me with respect, and explained everything in simple terms so I could understand with out seeming condescending. I needed two tires and they were able to patch my old tire until I could come in to do the replacement. Even the tires themselves were a better price than a previous tire shop I had gone too. I will recommend this place to any one.

Been a loyal customer for years now because they are honest and always treat me right as a customer. They originally earned my business years ago because Discount Tire tried selling me an entirely new set of tires when they couldn’t repair the one with a leak (this happened twice with two separate vehicles, and one set of tires was only a month old). Bill Day fixed my tires both times. Took my FJ to the Toyota dealership for service on a mechanical issue. My tire pressure sensor light had also recently turned on but hadn’t had the chance to take it to Bill day. Dealership wanted $600+ because they said all 4 sensors were bad. Took it to Bill Day and the sensors just needed to be calibrated. I left Bill Day with no charge. I will continue to recommend them to everyone for any tire and break needs.

I brought a trailer by to have a flat fixed. This tire came with the trailer mind you. I walked to the counter to pay and was given a hand shake and told thank you for coming in. What!? I need to pay for the work done right? I was told, "You're taken care of. Just come see us for some tires". Fluke thing right? Nope! That happened 3 seperate times. I've learned over the years everyone has high and low prices depending on the brand and what sale is going on at the time. Bill Day won me years ago simply with genuine customer service. So of course every tire since has come from them. Now a set of wheels too.

I just had some front end repairs completed recently on my 2017 Subaru Outback at Bill Day Tire on Broadway Avenue in Tyler, TX. I am very happy with the excellent job completed by the very knowledgeable mechanics at Bill Day Tire. I'm also impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of the staff that greeted me when I arrived. Richard was very helpful and knowledgeable about the issue I was having with my car. It was going to be a fairly long repair job of over two hours so Richard offered to take home & come pick me up when the repair was done. I'm very impressed with the kindness and treatment I received at Bill Day Tire and my car drives like it's brand new!! Thank you, Glenda Killough

I didn't expect to be replacing tires today, but glad I went in. My tires were down to the wear bars, and one was beyond. (They were beyond their mileage expectations) we came out with new tires, an alignment, and spent about $400 less than we were expecting. My truck is so much quieter now. I've always had good service at Bill Days, that's why I keep going back.

Thank you to Bill Day Tire Center for taking care of our teenage daughter today. She called and said she was in Tyler and her tire lost pressure. We told her to stop at a tire shop and have it checked out. She ended up have a nail in it. They pulled it around, fixed it and told her to have a good day. We called and asked if they forgot to charge her and they said nope just come see us again when you need tires. Thank you for taking care of our kiddo!

Usually am very happy with bill day. This time i booked 5 days in advance and rearranged schedule for half day. Was there at 8 and they took for 10 min test drive and told me it was a transmission issue. I had previously explained it is vibrating when accelerating and gets worse at higher speed, no lights, transmission is smooth. They didn't even look at it and i had rearranged my whole day. Took to an auto shop down the road and they diagnosed a uv joint after they got up on the rack. Had it fixed the next day, rides nice and smooth now. The good news is i found a new shop, bad news is bill day should have at least looked at it after waiting 5 days.

Came in for noise coming from the tire and to have a new sensor replaced. Waited for 3hours to have it fixed. Told them I had to be out to pick up my child from school and they made it clear I would b out b4 then. End up being late to the school and left with the tire still making noise (which I didn't hear right away... was probably a few days later I noticed). I went to another tire place to get the tire replaced. Told them about the noise and they pulled out the old tpms sensor and showed me that a regular valve stem was used. Came back to Bill Day (which I've used for years and have throughly trusted with all of our cars up UNTIL NOW)... I showed them the sensor that was inside my tire. Bill Day shows in the computer that they did a "flat repair"... which is NOT what I asked for and didn't need a flat repaired. So if they did said repair?... why didn't they find the noise that I heard in the tire and pull that loose sensor out that was floating in there and then to put a regular valve stem in? I got NO apology and not even compensation for my time or paying for something that I didn't ask for. I end up paying for the sensor I originally asked for the 1st time... I asked to at least get the amount off from what I was charged for the 3 HOUR wait for the "flat repair" that wasn't done... they denied to give me a minimum of that. .... IF you go here.... DOUBLE Check their work unless you want to have to pay to get it fixed AGAIN!!!!! Very disappointed and also quite pissed about the level of care and customer service has went down from the place our whole family trusted to take care of our vehicles. Would NO LONGER recommend!!!😡
