We have had our vehicles repaired at BJ Automotive in Simi Valley. The Ram 1500 had the front brakes and rotors replaced, and the Toyota Avalon had the front struts replaced. The work was completed in a timely manner, and we are pleased with the work done and the cost of the repairs. We will be returning for any future repairs. The shop is very clean and well maintained. The owners, Brad and Sue, are super nice and a pleasure to do business with. We are happy to have found a reliable and trustworthy business and highly recommend them.

I simply couldn’t afford to take my car to the dealership to be serviced and needed an honest mechanic who I could trust to work on my baby. My parents recommended BJ’s and I am so glad they did. Sue took the time to go over my options and gave me a more than fair price. My car is driving like it’s brand new again. I would recommend this establishment to anyone in need of service. I would rate 20 stars if I could.

HELLO, I am adding to my wonderful BJ's Automotive review in March 2026! Once again they have given excellent service to my 2012 Nissan and myself! They were able to smog my car and certify it quickly on a Tuesday AM. They sent the paperwork electronically to DMV so I didn't even have to do a thing! They are so accommodating and Sue is so helpful in office! Always lets you know price and how its progressing. They are a clean and very helpful shop! 👌 Hi I am adding to an old review that I still believe in very much. This is now August 2025! Sue and crew are spectacular! She checks my car in and I wait. The guys check it out. I'm due for oil change +. Due to the excellent service there they find a smal leak in a hose. I am happy they are so careful with with looking for my 2012 car problems. They are a single womans safety net! They also run thru other things and make me aware of , it is very nice. It was a big job as they also made me aware of a bad tire. I just THANK BJS AUTOMOTIVE so much for being an safe and honest business! Sue is so sweet and answers all your questions. The guys who changed oil and checked tires were on the job right away. Very clean and pleasant place to wait at. Thank You for the service! 2/21/22. Been going to BJS now for over 2 years. Have all automobile work done there. Sue once again is friendly and let's me know what services my car needs. They don't force you into anything but let you decide as an informed owner. I am a single senior woman with no mechanical understanding, they always let me know and decide what I want done. They do not force services at all! We’ve been taking our cars to BJ’s for 9 years and have always been really happy with the service and attention we get from them. They are always very communicative regarding the status of our vehicles and are quick to respond to calls and texts. It never feels like they are pushing us toward unnecessary maintenance or other expenditures. Whenever I drop off a car Sue asks when I need it back and they usually are able to accommodate my schedule, but if not she tells me upfront so I can plan accordingly. We really value the friendliness and professionalism of BJ’s and will continue to take our cars here for the foreseeable future!

I have been taking my BMW to B.J.’s for at least 5 years. I started going there because I got tired of paying the high prices of BMW Service Depts. B.J.’s provides great service and have been able to fix my car regardless of what service it needs brakes , oil change ,new radiator or even a smog test! Wonderful customer service with fast, knowledgeable and friendly service. They provide AAA discounts. Had all brakes done, new battery and an oil change. When we got home, to my surprise, they had cleaned the whole engine compartment, filled all fluids and made everything look factory new! WOW, I have never seen that detail from any shop.
