A+++ This latest experience with a local business undoubtedly has been one of the best I have ever had! Absolute satisfaction all around, from the gentlemen in the back completing the work in 4 days on our Toy Rav4 carpet replacement following a leaking sun roof, to the wonderfully consistent and thorough communication in the front office. The business is managed it seems by two lovely ladies, Shelly and Peggy who truly are the epitome of business perfection. They take customer satisfaction to a new level. I think this business has been around for awhile and they really do represent the business model from a time ago where it was pleasant communicating in a sometimes rough situation no one wants to be in with an automobile. We were treated with a thorough understanding of what the work would entail and what costs and time frame would be involved. Throughout this time we were treated with check in phone calls by the two giving updates on the progress and recommendations if needed. I visited this office 3 times from start to finish and each time this small biz office was extremely busy with only the two ladies taking calls, receiving customers in/out the front door, and the male workers from the back in/out with questions and not at any time did I feel I was being ignored or waiting too long. and when they said they were open and closed they were on the dot! Honestly do not know how these 2 do it but being around for so long they have obviously figured out a system that works well for them both in a very small but filled with supplies office. Hope we never have to go through such an experience with a car repair again but if we do, we know where to go. (And btw I was put onto this location simply by google searching and when 3 local biz came up they all seemed to have similar services but this one clearly had the rave reviews with the actual front office staff and now I can say I see why and agree with them all coming bf me). Thank you gentleman for the terrific carpet replacement and odor mediation and thank you esp to the front office gals, who have perfected true Customer Satisfaction! Old time business model satisfaction really does still exist!!!

For over a year I had issues with rain water pouring into my Honda Element through the rear seat belt positions in the ceiling. I was frustrated because I couldn’t find a solution for it until a guy at a tire shop mentioned the sunroof drain lines. The what?!? His shop couldn’t fix an Element’s drain lines, but he pointed me to BJ’s as their go-to place for these kind of issues. BJ’s was amazing! Friendly staff. Quick service. Quality work. They cleared my disgustingly filthy drain lines and fixed an issue that was keeping me from driving on rainy days. And the price was extremely reasonable for the work that had to be done. I can’t recommend BJ’s enough. I know a lot of people who have had water issues in their cars in recent years with heavier rainfalls and bigger storm systems. Go to BJ’s and see if they can help you. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you, BJ’s!!!

Shelle and Peggy provided excellent customer service! The inside of my 2006 Miata MX5 flooded. I needed vacuuming, and all new padding under the carpets. BJ’s was great to work with! They fixed the convertible top on my 99 Porsche Boxster. They gave me a good deal, used the best material and did a great job. A very fair price versus other quotes I was getting in Miami. And then they’re able to make me some custom formats that came out amazing! The quality of the work is top‑notch — the color match, stitching, and finish all look seamless. You’d never know the seat had any damage at all. Everyone there was friendly, straightforward, and easy to work with. They explained what needed to be done, gave a fair estimate, and finished the job right on time.
