I walked inside to get a new set of tires. No one said a word to me then the lady at the front desk proceeded to answer the phone and help a customer still without even letting me know she would be with me in a minute. I’m sorry I’m standing in line ready to do business the phone should not be more important. Won’t be back here and will never recommend if thats how customers are treated. It takes two seconds to say hello I’ll be with you in a minute. Basic practice in any business. Currently at tires etc. and been fully serviced with a brand new set of tires and an oil change.

I have been going here & referring ppl for a few years now & they are hands down the best!! The honesty is bar none, other shops would not be up front with you & let you make the decision. The customer service is impeccable. These days customer service isn't what it was so it's nice to actually get customer service BUT the customer service given at Blue Angel Automotive is above & beyond. I have always been pleased with the repair work needed, maintance & tire purchases. I don't see how anyone would go here & not be happy with the results. Obviously, I highly recommend Blue Angel Automotive!!!!

These people are amazing. Most knowledgeable women in the office I’ve ever spoken too! The work done was impeccable! My wife and kids broke down 7 hrs away from home and blue Angels fixed the issue quick and were more than fair price wise. The wife dropped oil pressure pulling into town and from the way the lifters and valves were rattling I thought she was going to need an engine. Blue angle changed the oil, oil filter, cleaned the oil screen, replaced an O ring and oil pan gasket and she was on her way home with more oil pressure than that trucks’ ever had! Sooo appreciative for this shop.I know most other shops would’ve taken weeks or months and charged thousands compared to a couple of days and a few hundred at blue angel. Plus You guys saved me a $1200 tow bill back home! Thank you for taking care of us and squeezing us in as busy as you were! Y’all are amazing! THANK YOU!

I was treated to pure, Southern kindness this morning by the folks at Blue Angel Tire & Automotive. Here on a family vacation, I discovered a part hanging down under my truck. Even though a technician that normally handles this type of repair was out for a doctor's appointment, one of the other senior techs agreed to check it when he finished his job. In the middle of a very busy day it was checked and quickly reattached. At no charge. They simply told me to enjoy my stay in Florida. Thank you, Blue Angel Tire & Automotive.

They misdiagnosed my car as a bad timing chain. The actual issue was a damaged oil filter. This would have cost me $3500 to fix but the oil filter was what was bad. They didn’t actually troubleshoot the issue they just hooked up the scanner and cherry-picked the issue. I was able to fix the issue myself for about $20. You should do your own research or get a second opinion on your car after you take it here.

Had my tire light come on while we were on vacation at the beach so I thought I might have a nail in my tire. Took it early morning to Blue Angel Tire and they looked at it quickly, said there wasn’t a nail or screw and filled all tires up and didn’t charge me anything! Nice and knowledgeable people.

Needed help with pressing out the bearings of my son hub on his car, and they were able to help.... everyone in the office was friendly and helpful.... great waiting place for you to relax while they did what needed to be done. Go and talk to them the next time you need help with your vehicle. Took my jeep in almost a month ago. They had it fixed in 3 days and let me pay it off slowly. My fault, not theirs. Did not codt that much to fix, but i paid it every week sometimes twice a week, and there she is, sitting in the driveway now. The ladies are wonderful, and the mechanics are the best. Give them a try if you haven't tried them already.

Bought 4 tires from Blue Angel Tire. They only put on 2/4 and had to go back the next day to get the front 2 tires put on. They rushed putting the tires on and sheered 1 of the studs and cross threaded the other. When I brought my car back in for them to fix it the tried to charge me almost $500 per side to fix them. That’s about $1000. I told them I lost my job and the just said that I could do 1 side at a time and save up. NEVER letting them touch a vehicle of mine again.

WARNING do not go here. I asked for them to replace my rotors and brake pads which I brought in myself.. they kept my rotors, replaced the brake pads and brought in their own caliper (ordered because I needed it). They charged me below $300. I was wondering why it went from almost $500 down to that. Then I realized that they kept my rotors. They also tried to keep my car. They told me I couldn't go anywhere the way it was, even though all they had to do was the job that they were supposed to do and I could leave just fine. Do not trust this place.

they did a great job, I took my car to a different mechanic in town and they took a week to give me a price quote and asked for around 1200 dollars for repairs, after that I immediately took my car back and called Blue Angel Tire and Automotive and they got a price quote back to me within two hours, only $550 for the same repairs the other place asked 1200 for. I was able to bring my car in the next morning, and they had my car fixed and back to me by the end of the same day. overall fast, honest, and kind.

They do their best with a limited amount of staff and give their full attention to each customer who is next in line- even if that customer happens to be on the phone with them. That's customer service. Fair. Balanced. No jumping line. Be patient...they will get to you and it will be worth the wait. I pray that God would send them even more qualified workers to add to the already excellent staff just to give them a little break. Took my Mazda here to get the water pump and rack and pinion replaced. I requested a full inspection be done before doing any repairs because the repairs were almost $4k and I didn't wanna invest if it wasn't worth it. They told me the transmission and engine was good so I gave the go ahead... After having it for an entire month when they gave it back it had this really nasty grinding under the car... They looked at it said itbwas my wheel hub which was $500tobfix which should have been seen on the inspection I requested to start with. I got it fixed. Grinding was still there. They said it was heat shield they claimed they fixed it but it still was grinding. And it started to leak again. They had to redo the rack and pinion a second time. Still car was grinding and it started to act odd so I took it to the Mazda dealership for inspection. They told me the fuel injectors were bad and that I needed a new transmission. And.... The front arms that were supposed to be replaced with the rack and pinion th y told me they were leaking. I ended up selling the car for less than what I paid in repairs. I'm so angry that they did this to me. I'm on disability. I told them I had a fixed income and no other transportation. I made it very clear to check the transmission and engine and it came back to me in worse condition. I do not ever recommend anyone using this company. They had great reviews and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I'll never get that kind of money again. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Go somewhere else.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I initially paid the repair facility to diagnose and repair a failed alternator. During the course of service, the alternator was replaced four separate times before the repair was finally completed. Prior to this work, the vehicle did not experience electrical shutdown issues. Two days after the alternator repair was completed, the vehicle suddenly failed and would no longer start. A diagnostic scan produced trouble code P0615 (Starter Relay Circuit Malfunction), which indicates a fault within the starter control circuit, including wiring, grounds, relay operation, or charging system voltage. These systems are directly connected to and commonly disturbed during alternator replacement procedures. Instead of correcting their mistake, they wanted to charge me for it. Then they had a nasty attitude when I brought their mistake to their attention. Their mistake was verified and corrected by a Chevy service center. No way should it take 1 1/2 weeks and additional costs for a simple alternator repair. Save your time and money. Avoid at all costs.
