First, I would like to address whom ever reads this. Please be patient with the service department, this covid thing is causing havoc and its not their fault. If I were to buy another vehicle today it would be here. We brought our car in with a computer glitch. Bryan O'Neill did everything he could do to get it fixed. This was a very uncommon situation and I was very impressed by the way he took care of us. He was so busy, but not too busy to stop and reassure us that everything was being looked at. We had to leave the vehicle overnight but he communicated everything clearly enough for us to understand why. The next day he notified me of what had to be done and the vehicle was fixed. I know that this is stressful times but please, if you are getting frustrated stop and think that they are going through trying times also. I was truly impressed with how Bryan handled himself under challenging conditions.

I came by today to get a recall fixed on my 2021 Palisade. I scheduled the appointment six weeks ago. When I arrived with my children, I was told the appointment should last about an hour. As we closed in on two hours, I was told my car just made it back to the technician. About 15 minutes later the front desk gentleman, Bryan, told me that the part was not in stock and that I would have to come back in to actually get serviced. They would call me when the part arrived. If this was the first time I heard the story, I would believe it. You see, I was told back in January that they would call me when the part arrived. They never did call. I called six weeks ago to see if the part was in and was assured it was. I live in Navarre. To waste an entire morning because of incompetence is infuriating. I received and responded to multiple reminders about my visit. Don’t you think they should have made certain the part I needed was in stock? I will not willingly use Allen Turner service again.

I'll have to say I was impressed with the service department. We were supposed to drop off my sister's car for the day but were unable to go pick up my truck.(due to the neighbors cows coming through the fence and getting in with hers) Anyway we had to wait on it and they did what they could and got us out of there in a very timely manner. And with good attitudes and not getting aggravated with us having to wait. Thanks to your team! 👍

I cannot say enough about Kim in the Sales Department! I purchased a Palisade from this dealership but I live in another state. Kim has not only been readily available to answer all of my questions and concerns via phone and/or text, but has done so with kindness, professionalism and patience. She has gone above and beyond on all accounts...and taken care of us from soup to nuts! I highly recommend asking for Kim if you are in the market for a new vehicle! Alyssa was also awesome...during a FaceTime call she walked my husband and I through all of our questions about the bells and whistles on the car. Manager Chris Martin, you obviously run a superb operation, and I am sure you know the value Kim (and Alyssa) bring, but they deserve some extra stuff in their stockings this year. Way to go Allen Turner Hyundai Pensacola! I wish you were in Atlanta, but I will be back down for our next new car purchase.

Great place to purchase a used car. Paul is a good salesman. Very helpful & we got a good deal. I've been back to get 1st oil change since buying the car & service was quick!! 40 mins in & out. Trust me down the road at a different popular dealership, oil changes can be 2-3 hrs. Allen Turner used car maintenance pkg recommended Update 9/17/24 Our vehicle had a new engine put in due to a recall. Quick turnaround time. Zero out of pocket. Service here is great. I'll be buying my next car for myself, within the year & I will return to Allen Turner.

Props to Rob for going above and beyound every time I have service there! He updates me every part of the process, let's me know how long everything will take up front, the cost and has always been great about inquiring about any issues I have. The waiting area of the department is also very clean, well stocked with drinks and there are charging ports in the tables. Everyone that works there is very friendly and easy to talk to; from the folks that make the appointments, to the service center staff and the staff that works in the back taking care of my vehicle. I hate to have to write a bad review but it was an exceptionally bad experience to have my daughter’s car fixed here and we would never return. Staff was friendly and understanding but the manager was not. He actually shoulder checked my daughter when we were leaving. Long story short they over filled the oil and it was all over my driveway after we brought it home. We fully documented everything, my husband called to report the problem and they sent a tow truck to pick up the car because they didn’t want us to drive it. Nobody asked us to pay for the tow truck or gave us any indication that they wouldn’t take responsibility for it themselves. Two days later we arrive to pick up the car AGAIN only to be told that we need to pay for the tow because nothing was wrong with the car. I got angry and refused. We paid almost $1000 for a tiny plastic part (unrelated to this) and an oil change. The manager wouldn’t give me the keys until I dialed the police. I have everything thoroughly documented and I am extremely concerned now that there could be car trouble in the future based on this negligence and refusal to take accountability. My daughters life is precious to me and my emotions and concerns regarding this issue are 100% valid. Expecting me to pay for the tow was just stupid but the lack of attention to detail and refusal to take accountability is alarming! News flash we didn’t make this up to have some fun… there was nothing positive about sending the car back for two more days after two weeks of yall having it.

I’m still unsure whether what I was there for has actually been done or not (rotation). Next day after the service they called me to check whether I was happy with their service. I shared my concern with the rep, she said ok you will soon be contacted by the service mgr or someone else in charge. 3 weeks after I haven’t received any call or any follow up on my case yet.

Allen Turner Hyundai saved the day!! My college student’s motor seized while at college in Pensacola. The mechanic we usually used there told us the engine was under warranty for a known problem. Once Allen Turner had the car, we told them our dilemma; our college student was graduating in ten days and not only was she leaving Pensacola permanently but she needed to pack her car to move her stuff out. Why is that a problem? Because we live several states away and we were unable to financially or logistically help her. Rob kept us up to date on how the process was going. They had a number we could text during the process as well. They estimated the car would be done on the day she had to be out of the dorms. As you can imagine, as parents, we were on edge. Generally speaking, car service centers aren’t very efficient in our experience. The Monday before she had to be out of the dorms, Rob calls us to let us know the engine had been replaced and she could come get the car 🤯. To say I was stunned would be an understatement! They rush ordered the new engine on Friday and had it replaced by Monday!!! Over the weekend people!! THAT is efficiency and awesome customer service!! Rob, THANK YOU!! I highly recommend Allen Turner Hyundai service center!!

I wanted to thank the service team for helping with a difficult situation involving work done by another dealership in November 2025. They diagnosed the problems, helped me gather information that I could use to state my case with the other dealership, and helped me with transportation until the matter was resolved. Justin was great. He got our car in for service on a Monday morning without an appointment. The thermostat went bad on a long road trip so we were 1000 miles from home.
