I would give a zero star but you have to give something to leave a review therefore, I give them the lowest rating I can. These people are nothing but crooks. They will take every dime you have and rip you off take your vehicle anywhere, but here.

I have to give this place a five-star rating 100% I had to take my car to get the transmission fixed they did an awesome job and it did not take long then a week later I had my car break down and something else was broken I called them to ask if I could bring you the car by they said yes straight away they then told me because of the 4th of July holiday they would not be able to check my car until the Friday after or even the Monday but no write the next day they called me tell me what was wrong with my car what had to be repaired and they fixed it the same day I am so happy and pleased with this place and the pricing is very reasonable to very friendly very helpful very understanding if you need your car fixed call them I'm telling you you will not be disappointed

I think there is one more good honest mechanic left here in pensacola. The employees are amazing. The Owner is old school owner with great values and just a down home great person. they are honest and really there to help you out. I use them on about 4 cars as of now and they are amazong. even had one that no one could figured out. They had it done in 2 days. I have refered my customers to them and they are grateful also. Even work on Fiats. that in it self... hmmmm.. oh yea best thing. They will Finance the repair. Thanks for making me happy. as well as my customers!!! Cant wait to do more bussiness with yall

Had my engine swapped and they chipped my windshield with they said they didn't do, left the hose clamp loose going to the water pump witch came off with lead to my engine to overheat, so I decided to change the oil because of the overheating and the oil was black which they were supposed to have changed when they swap the engine the only thing they changed was the oil filter they also cut my hose to my power steering and put a hose clamp on. They left a wire loose on my starter also left a screw out of my distributor, Right now wouldn't trust them to change my tire. Ok it's been nine months since I had my engine replaced my transmission went out on me so I decided to change it out myself with another one to find out there was only three bolts holding my transmission on my motor after Mr fix it swap motors the two bottom and the middle one on the passenger side was the only one holding that transmission on my engine I said it before and I'll say it again I wouldn't trust him to change my oil

The greatest place to get your vehicle worked on. My buddy that works there Suede is a honest man that does honest work. He will tell you truth about anything wrong with your vehicle. If you need it he will to tell you. If you don’t need it he will not suggest it for you. Just like the Allstate commercial guy usually says” you are in good hands” lol

I got my transmission replaced here about a year and a half ago. When I picked up my truck, it was fluttering from the engine and filling up with exhaust fumes on the inside of the truck. When I called and spoke to the previous owner (Jim) he was very condescending and basically called me a liar. At that time, he was transitioning the business to the new owner (Suede) and the new owner had no idea I was having an issue. Fast forward to last week, I took my vehicle to another mechanic that informed me that the mechanics at Mr. Fix It had broken off a bolt in my exhaust manifold. I was angry and made a post on Facebook about it. The new owner (Suede) reached out to me, apologized and offered to fix the issue for free. When I dropped it off, it’s obvious why Jim tried to make me out to be a liar, it was a tough fix. Suede tried to weld onto the bolt to extract it but it kept breaking, about a dozen times. He had a more complex solution to the problem and he fixed it. He told me that if I had any issues with it, let him know and he will replace the head for free. My truck is running great now. The new owner of this company has integrity and that’s something I respect greatly. I will be back for all of my future major auto repairs.

I was recommended to take my car to the shop by someone that was the worst recommendation that anybody could give. I would not recommend anyone to take their car to this place. My car was towed to this shop because it wouldn’t start, Suede told me that he would run a diagnostic test on my car to find the problem and I agreed to that. He called me and said it was the throttle body and the throttle body brain box,then a couple days later he calls me back and apologizing saying that he gave me the wrong diagnostic for my car. And now I need a timing chain so he says he would order the timing chain and put it on once he gets it on my car still won’t start. So after having my car for a whole month it still won’t start very bad business

I WOULD NEVERRR RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO THIS SHOP !! Very unprofessional !! They messed up my car and had to get me a new motor, my car sat at their shop for 4 MONTHSSS ! We sympathizes with them but it was excuse after excuse! They said they got me a new motor and got me a trashy motor after them having my car for 4 months and I get it back and the car runs worse than when they got it !! It cuts off, stalls and skips at take off after they claimed they got me a new motor ! Let’s not mention he asked us to pay money on before we got it for something THEY DID AND OWED TO ME ! All together we paid them $2,000 for absolute nothing !!! The owner got smart mouthed with my mom because she told them they were wrong and she was taking legal action ! You will not prosper at MR. FIX IT with the way yall just handled us and played in our face !!!

This is definitely a great place to take your vehicle for repair and maintenance. I have a 2020 Colorado and it had a broken bolt into the engine and couldn't get it out so took it to Mr Fix it (First time customer) Not only did he get the bolt out (no other mechanic could do it) he replaced the thermostat and sensor. He was very nice. He talks to you like he knows you and if you don't understand then he will break it down for you. This young man (Suede) has a good head on his shoulders, he's honest, quick and has one of the lowest labor rates in Pensacola. Mr Fix it has definitely earned my business for many years to come. One example of how he is good and trustworthy, there is a millionaire that has many classic cars and Suede works on all of his cars. Thanks Suede for being one of the good ones. Its nice to see a young kid (29) doing big things. Trust them to be your mechanic.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!. My Car spent 2 months with them waiting on repairs. After getting it back my car ran worse than it ever has, i took it to a new shop this week and im now looking at almost 5000$ in repairs related to work they have done.

Poor management many problems. Will take your money and give you attitude without properly diagnosing or fixing your vehicle. I had them run a diagnostic computer on my car and was told it was a sensor. That’s it. Not which one not where just that it was a sensor. I asked for more details and was given an attitude that again it was a sensor. I then asked if I could have something printed with the information about my vehicle. I was told no and given many excuses of why they aren’t able too. Instead of just giving me some to go on other than “it’s a sensor”. There are many shops in Pensacola and I suggest you choose another option if you are able too. I’m not even going to call this place a joke because it isn’t funny. They take advantage of people and handle people aggressively. Just don’t do business there.
